It is a good place close to Masjid e Nababi
Close to the haram
The overall experience here is very average. The decor and quality of amenities are basic, which is expected for the price. Checked in at around 4:30pm, a little after check-in is allowed, took about 10 minutes to verfiy details, get the keys and finish the process. The rooms did not have any soap, toilet paper or anything in the bathrooms, had to request a complete resupply of toiletries. No where near 4 star or 5 star quality, just a basic 3 star to sleep and use the bathroom, nothing special.
I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially the receptionist ( Ms. Manal), for helping me facilitate the check-in process more than 5 hours before the hotel check-in times.
It a good hotel they allowed us early check in
Excellent service. Staff provide good service and respectfull
Location and cleanness

Got my wallet stolen
Had my wallet stolen
The team is very nice and hotel is very clean. Check in was in less than 2 minutes. The room size for four beds is great. Washroom is huge and has all facilities. The only problem is the elevator, you need to wait very long, but the people has also role in that as the are clicking both up and down!
We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Our room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The only thing that was not perfect was the shower area. It was very small and taking a shower led to flooding of the whole bathroom and made it very slippery.
Other than that, everything was pretty decent.
overall clean - but over priced
It was ok
Absolutely Disgusting – Should Be Shut Down!
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The place is filthy, disgusting, and completely unlivable. There were bedbugs in the bed, and bugs flying all over the bathroom. The bathroom itself was in horrible condition—worse than a 0-star motel, with grime and filth everywhere.
To make things even worse, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They refused to send housekeeping to clean the room, and the entire place smelled like vomit. It was clear that they do not care about their guests’ comfort or hygiene.
What makes this even more shameful is that they are using the name of Waqf Outhman Bin Affan—one of the greatest Khulafa in history. Shame on them for misusing such a noble name for such a disgraceful place. The owner of this hotel will be judged on the Day of Judgment for deceiving people by falsely claiming this is a good place to stay.
My wife and three children got sick here with pink eye, and I deeply regret staying at this hotel. I wish I had stayed at the worst place in Madinah instead of here. I usually don’t write reviews and consider myself a very patient person, but this place was so horrible that I felt forced to warn others.
This place should be shut down or completely remodeled from the inside out. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!
Amazing
It was terrible, no heat , no hot water in shower, complaint and change the room but same issue in another room
Checking process was easy and front desk staff were helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. It’s about 4-5 minutes walk to masjid an-nabawi. I would recommend this hotel.
On arrival at the property an arrogant receptionist told us we had been transferred a sister hotel accross the road which was terrible in all aspect from rooms, beds, bathrooms service etc
In the process of trying to get a refund as they ruined our trip
Really good location, you don’t hear the Athena tho, clean, and the breakfast open buffet is soo good, walkable to Al-Haram, about 3-5 minutes and 7-8 minutes with elderly. Rooms were spacious and facing Uhud Mountain, sometimes the lift get a little bit busy otherwise all gooood
