Al Safwah Hotel Tower 3

Great service with a good selection for breakfast.

Booking gave us too much problems. Safwah tower didn’t have any booking with the name and the itinerary number given to us by Hitels.com. Safwah tower asked for
reference number which was not given by Hotels.com .We tried to contact Hotels.com but couldn’t as the phone number given in the confirmation letter not working. The chat with hotel.com was rubbish sending same confirmation letter everyone with the itinerary number which we already have which Safwah tower didn’t accept they need reference number. All staff are not good only one staff helped us.

The front desk receptionist with the braces was quite rude, but the concierge attendant were very nice and respectable. The facility is not necessarily dirty, but very old and has a nasty look to it.

My third stay at this wonderful hotel. Rooms are huge and spacious. One of the best hotels in Makkah in Safwah towers. Service is excellent and iftar was amazing. Just one floor before is the food court where you will find all the restaurants including a very nice Bangladeshi for place. Below that floor are all the shops. Perfect location Alhamdulillah.

Breakfast buffet was no good.

Good but bathroom was smelly. Convenient location. Breakfast was very bad

It was great being so close to Haram and convenient to be able to move around easily

The reception team was always very helpful and cheerful and made our stay very comfortable.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and the nearest to the Haram.

Very good service. We arrived late and they accommodated us with ease and also allowed a later check out. Good hotel not far from the haram, decent breakfast too

Proximity to Harram is unmatched but you’re better off with clock tower for value for money

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is so close to the Masjid Al-Haram. We didn’t need to walk a lot to get in the Masjid. Other than that I didn’t had good experience there. There was water licking from the fridge and from the roof!!!! When I called, I had to wait over an hour to get the stuff came over and fix the issues.

It is very close to Herem sharif and you can also pray inside the hotel which is part of Herem Sharif.

It’s conveniently located near the mosque and exceptionally clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location wise it’s best. But room,bathroom condition is not good. It’s not more then 3* smelly bathroom and and room .

Very nice staff and good room

I liked the fact that we could request change of towels and water bottles etc to be given as requested.
However the wifi in the room was not good. In some partsbof the room ot eorked in other areas it didnt.

Reception is a bit hard to find as it is on 3rd floor, rest all was good.

Washroom was not ready to receive guests water leaking from the bidet,
We reserved 3 people we just get free breakfast for 2 and we have to pay upfront for my son
