The hotel's location and staff were great, but the food really let it down.
Cons:

Food was v limited and not great. Barely touched my dinners.

Pros:

Hotel was within a 10 minute walk of bus station where there is a direct but to airport and also to the entrance to NC1. For a few nights stay whilst on business or meeting family this is perfect. Staff are all lovely, rooms are on the small side but are very comfy and exceptionally clean.
Breakfast is just perfect, not overwhelming but more than enough. Gym was quiet and well stocked with machines and weights

Perfect for my needs.

Comfortable bed and facility.
Pros:

The staff was very good. Reasonable restaurant food but need more variety. The breakfast buffet was good.

Cons:

Guests should not pay for tea of coffee for self serve and given the location of the hotel there is no where else to get tea/coffee. The room rate is already high so the coffee/tea should be included. The games area can be maintained better. Pool stick is broken and the fools table the ball needs to be replaced.

Staff are very helpful

Cons:

It is the only hotel in NC1.. which means in their view, customers should accept whatever they do..

Which gives a very bad indication.. no other hotels.. no competitions.

Prices are very expensive compared to the room size and with no room service, almost 1500 for a bed for 1 night
