Inside ok. But outside hotel conditions very poor. Can't except madina hotels outside that poor. Never ever going again

It was a good experience. The place is really nice clean and quiet the only problem was it was bit far from Haram a good 25 minutes walk. Overall its was good.

Really nice place to stay, location is perfect and is really close to masjid e nabwi. Staff was really helpful too. Really good for the price you pay. Definitely will stay here again if I get the chance!

Nice hotel everything was fine for us. Owner and team very accommodating. Once you know the area you'll get used to it's quirks.

The hotel is located in a residential area about a 15-minute walk from Masjid An-Nabawi. While some reviews mentioned the neighbourhood being dirty, I personally didn’t find it a major issue. It felt just as safe as other areas of Madinah. Quba Road is only a few minutes away, and there's a nice shopping area nearby where you can find reasonably priced items—just be sure to negotiate, or you may overpay.

The hotel itself is clean. However, the biggest disappointment was the customer service. The manager was unfriendly and gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience. There was no effort to check on our comfort or needs during the stay.

We booked a room for four people for six nights, but only received:

2 tea bags

2 sachets of coffee

2 towels

1 toilet roll

A few bottles of water


There was no cleaning service or change of bed linens during our entire stay. Unfortunately, based on the poor service and lack of basic hospitality, I would not recommend this hotel.

Super clean, spacious and tidy with a walkable distance to alharam and all shops

The property is well-furnished, tidy, and quiet. I would say the interior of the hotel is excellent, though the exterior doesn't reflect the same quality. There are also several good-value restaurants and shops nearby. Although it’s a bit far from Masjid Nabawi (about a 15-minute walk), the hotel’s pricing is good when compared to others.

Nice hotel and close to main areas

Quite close to masjid and nabawi with only a 15 mins walk which is great considering the price. Overall, the room was nice and clean with ample space.

Great place to stay !

The property is very new, no front desk but the staff is always available. One problem we faced when we first got, no board, no hotel name. The shopkeeper in front of the hotel was very helpful getting us in touch with the hotel staff. But over all very beautiful experience and convenient place. Loved it

This place was TERRIBLE I found bedbugs, cockroaches, and other bugs simply walking around the hotel. I asked for them to move me which they did and found the same exact thing happened. We ended up leaving and not even staying a night

After more than one week of stay,our room was never cleaned. Absolutely no service and it took several attempts to find the location to get to the hotel. They must provide better directions for the guests to arrive.

Be careful booking this property. They don’t exist at the location, and never answer their phones. Cowboys!

In a walking distance from Prophet's Mosque (7-10min). Inside renovation has been done very well with spacious rooms. However, if you have a car getting in there and find a decent parking spot can be a bit of hassle. They however did help with it. If you are without a car and want a good value for money and be able to commute by foot to Haram then its advisable to book.

It is a nice and cozy hotel near haram. Value for money 10/10.
