Besonderes Hotel mit wahnsinnig familienfreundlichem Personal
Pros:

- tolle Begrüßung mit Getränk und Service, die Koffer auf die Zimmer bringen zu lassen
- besonders hervorzuheben war die ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit auch ggü. Familien mit Kindern
- ein großer Tisch zum Frühstück, an dem die ganze "Reisegruppe" zusammensitzen kann wurde tgl. bereitgehalten
- das reichhaltige Frühstücksangebot mit auch landestypischen Speisen
- interessantes Interieur, nicht der klassische Standard
- trotz Straße nebenan wenig Geräuschkulisse
- insgesamt sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, von der Rezeption über die Reinigungsfachkräfte bis hin zum Barpersonal

Cons:

- die Zimmer an sich waren etwas klein und boten für 2 Personen meines Empfindens zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeit
- unmittelbar vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Baustelle, kein schöner Ausblick
- wenig Parkmöglichkeiten

Hotel curat situat în zona cu multe puburi, mic dejun bun, personal amabil și bine pregătit.

Cons:

Camera delux cu două paturi destul de mică pentru 3 persoane. Apa din partea hotelului primiți în cameră doar la sosire. În una din zile curățenia în cameră a fost superficială.

Beautiful room. Building site outside

Beautiful Room. Helpful staff. Great location.

Cons:

We stayed over a week. Inconsistent standards with house keeping. Sheets never changed until mentioned for well over a week. Tea, coffee and water are occasionally replaced. Always having to go down to the reception and request items that should have been replenished by housekeeping.

There is a building site which is based outside and overlooks the hotel that restricts access to the entrance. (No mention of this in the description of the booking).


Awoken in the middle of the night with other guests drunk outside our room talking and making noise multiple nights.

No consideration for the guests around them.


Also I sent a message to management regarding the above issues but no response back as of yet

Buen hotel
Pros:

El hotel está muy nuevo y limpio. El personal es muy amable y atento. En el desayuno, además del buffet, puedes encargar tortillas y crepes que te hacen en el momento. Nos pareció un servicio muy bueno.

Cons:

El primer día nos tuvieron que reubicar en otro hotel de la cadena porque estaban pintando. Se hicieron cargo de los gastos de traslado y todo fue correcto. Nos dejaron un pack de bienvenida con cuatro bombones y dos bebidas en el bar del hotel. Por otro lado, la decoración del hotel es un poco ecléctica, pero para gustos...
