Enjoyable but left feeling disappointed
Pros:

The fact it was a new hotel is a good thing from our side as this is something we like. The interior was really smart, modern & funky

Cons:

The room was tiny even after an upgrade, the lady on reception was very pushy on getting us sign up to your hotels and the fact we wasn’t made aware of building work going on next door that started around 7:30am ish might even been 8am was very frustrating.

Fantastic location and great vibe.
Pros:

The location is excellent for my work. Love the look and feel of the place and it was very competitive cost wise.

Not great
Pros:

I was aware there was no parking on premises while booking. However, the day of my arrival, when I tried calling the hotel, the instructions to park were not very clear. It seems the call was not going to the local hotel in Dublin, but more of a general NYX helpdesk (after a long wait time to get hold of someone). When I made it to the parking lot, the lady from NYX who I was on the phone with, did not know anything about the parking lot being gated & she did not know how to get in/out of the gates & how to pay (she only knew of the price estimate, but turns out you need to download an app). The parking lot suggested by NYX is also a bit hidden, so my GPS was not very helpful, I had to stop & ask locals of where the “Cricket club” entrance is. I also had some luggage which was not very convenient to walk to the hotel with (~15min), but I was aware of that while booking. It just hits differently when you’ve been struggling with parking for over an hour..
I wasted around 1.5hours looking for that parking lot & how to get through the gates & pay. I missed a business meeting because of this. When I tried telling the receptionist about this the next morning & how parking instructions for Dublin on their website would be helpful, he rushed me off saying they will be printing out flyers. I doubt flyers will work though as when you’re in your car, trying to park & you can’t get to the hotel to get a flyer, you need faster & more convenient ways to get an answer. Had the gentleman at the NYX reception taken the time to listen instead of rushing me off, he could have gathered this feedback which may help other customers with this issue.

Pros:

When we checked in at the reception we were greeted by Fernanda. Very very helpful, smiling and polite. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable.

Definitely stay here!
Pros:

I’d definitely recommend here, very clean, staff was lovely, room was very nice, location was good!
We was welcomed with complimentary sweets and prosecco each on arrival and once we headed to our room, waiting on the bed was balloons, a card and chocolate as it was my 30th birthday, all from the hotel.
Really lovely stay. Thank you NYX
