Pros:

He don't provide Parking and i book that Hotel specially for Parking purpose.

I ask to management he directly refuse.
I stay in there 48 hour he don't provide Parking after asking he told park any were and Got penalty for No Parking 75-Sr.
I am totally disappointed.

Pros:

The staff said the parking is full and cannot accommodate any more cars. My concern is not parking available then why dont you inform before hand.

Cons:

The AC system is very olf and doesn't work. The thermostat doesn't go below 22 deg and during afternoon time takes long hours to warm. If more people are in the same room. It will take hours for it to get cooled. Its the scenario with all the rooms. Saw many people complaining but no reform. The staff comes very late on every concern. The AC is really poor.

From check-in to check-out, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was a clear lack of staff at reception, and the one person available could neither speak nor understand English properly. On top of that, they were rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful.

The reception area was chaotic, with luggage piled everywhere, and the lifts were insufficient for the number of guests, causing long waits.

When we finally entered the room, it was in a filthy condition. The bathroom and sink took an unreasonably long time to get hot water, and the drainage was poor—even with minimal use, it would start to clog. Basic amenities like soap and toothpaste, which are standard even in lower-priced hotels, were not provided.

The bed sheets were not clean, which is completely unacceptable. The air conditioning system was outdated and very difficult to operate—I had to call someone from downstairs just to get it working.

Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would never step foot in this hotel again
