Pros:

The location to the mosque

Cons:

Wasnt clean, the bed had some dirty marks on it so we had to use our own sheets and the corridor was smelling smoke almost all the time

Pros:

Hôtel proche de l’insalubrité, moquettes très sales et qui dégagent une mauvaise odeur. Je viens chaque régulièrement et c’est la première que je tombe sur un hôtel avec des chambres non nettoyées et en mauvais état !

Cons:

Chambres sales, moquettes tachées et qui lâchent une mauvaise odeur, personnel non hospitalier (ils répondent à peine)

I do not recommend it at all
Pros:

The location is close to the Haram, that’s it the only good thing.

Cons:

Honestly, everything about the hotel was bad.

The place is extremely crowded. The reception area is full of luggage and people. The elevator is very difficult to use during prayer times. My mother has a herniated disc, and if I had known that accessing the elevator would be this difficult, I definitely would not have booked this hotel.

The place seriously lacks proper organization.

Inside the room: the furniture is old and worn out, not suitable for use. There are cockroaches. We stayed for three days and no one came to clean the room. There is a phone in the room, but no one from the hotel answers it, so its presence makes no difference. And there is much more.
