No customer service skills and no hygiene.

Nothing….

Cons:

The room was dirty. When we got to the hotel, no towels or toilet tissue was available to us til we had to ask multiple times. The room service will show at 9:00 PM when we are sleeping so they can service the room. No customer service skills.

Pros:

Location was ok

Cons:

The service was very poor, no one would answer the phone at the desk. I think the staff are underpaid and over worked, no where to be seen after first day. When the came they were very helpful. The hotel ownership was not good.

Pathetic condition of the hotel and lifts. My room like 300 years old with bad furniture and pathetic bed sheets
