Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The facilities were well maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank Ms. Ahad at the reception for her outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. She made the check-in process smooth, was always willing to help, and ensured that our stay was comfortable. She is a great asset to the hotel.

من اسواء الاماكن التي اقمت فيها بحياتي

فندق سيئ جدا
1 وصلت الساعة 4 عصرا وقالو لي جناحك لم يجهز مع العلم اني اتممت الحجز والدفع قبل يومين من موعد دخولي
2 اردت الدخول لليوتيوب وهو معقد لديهم وطلبت الفني فلما وصل قال الكلمة المعهوده ( لية انت مافي معلوم ) ولم يفعل الخدمه
3 كلما اردت طلب شي لا يتم الرد بل يتم تحويلك الى المسج وايضا لم يفد ذالك
4 الموضفين المسؤلين عن الرد الهاتفي يرفعون اصواتهم بوجهك وكاني متسول في الفندق
5 تم الاتصال بي الساعة 10 صباحا ( وقت النوم ) لتذكيري بموعد خروجي الساعة 12 وهذا لا يحدث في اي فندق بالعالم الاتصال قبل موعد الخروج بساعتين
6 لايوجد بالخارج اي موضف او امن لتوجيه المركبات مع العلم بضيق المكان بالمدخل
7 رائحة معطرات الغرف قوية جدا جدا تسبب الصداع للذين لايحبون الروائح المعطرة النفاثة ذات الثمن الرخيص
8 طعم الاكل جدا جدا سيئة بالرغم من ثمنها الباهض
9 لايوجد بدورات المياة سوى منشفه واحده فقط
10 لايوجد بدولاب الغرفه اي علاق او مشبك او اي شي لتعليق الملابس او طيها فيه
11 تصميم الجناح سيئ بحيث ان مكان الجلوس صغير جدا والمطبخ كبير جدا جدا جدا
12 المكان مغلق من الداخل ولايوجد تهويه فقط روائح المعطرات الكثيفه
13 الكثير والكثير الى اني تعبت من الكتابه ......
