לפני ההגעה נשלחה הודעת וואצאפ ברורה של דרך קבלת החדר באמצעות קוד
לקחנו את הסוויטה עם המרפסת, חדר ענקי ביחס למלונות תל אביביים אחרים. מרווח ומאובזר ברמה גבוהה
בקבוקי מים, מכונת קפה, הרבה מגבות, מרפסת עם פינת ישיבה נחמדה
בקיצור, כל מה שצריך!
החדר היה נקי מאוד, והמיטות היו גדולות ונוחות.
מיקום מעולה, על המלון יש את חניון דיזנגוף שאפילו יש בו עמדות טעינה איטית / מהירה לרכבים חשמליים.

אין שום אטימה לרעש. יכלו להשקיע החלונות ודלתות טובות. המלון היה נופל להיות מעולה.

התקשורת מול המקום היתה מצויינת, היו ממש זמינים לכל שאלה או בקשה. המקום מעוצב מהמם, סופר נקי. יש כל מה שצריך להעביר כמה לילות(מגבות, סבון) החדר היה ממש נקי, המלון במקום מושלם, מאוד נעים ונוח.

It’s clean and nice location

Cons:

1. There IS NO parking, you need to park it in the mall , it’s near but it’s not park of the hotel facilities like it’s mentioned
2. The voucher for breakfast actually cost more then the breakfast without it, so it’s like a service that gives you nothing in return, and even cost you more
3. If you want to talk with someone just you to know it’s online hotel there is no one here
You’ll probably talk with an AI or someone from Thailand or India or something
And the service is just bad because they don’t know themselves the hotel, they don’t know how it’s even look like and you have to communicate in English
4. Room service didn’t came , even after I asked
It delayed by 6 hours till someone actually come
