اشكر بداية الاخت في الاستقبال لابسة كمام ونحيفه والاخت ايناس تقريبا هذا اسمها والسيد باسل الشريف المدير لتعاملهم الراقي جدا حيث انتي واجهة كذا مشكلة وتم تعويضي والعمل على راحتي مع عاىلتي
بجد انا اشكرهم على حسن تعاملهم

الفندق جيد جدا من ناحية النظافة والتعامل

Cons:

وقت الإفطار كان ضغط عالمصاعد والفندق 17 طابق وبس في بالطابق 4 مصاعد والاعداد كبيرة واظن انه غير كافي وقفنا اكتر من ربع ساعة ننتظر المصعد كل ماتوصل يكون فل اضطرينا النزول من طابق 15 إلى 12على الدرج وانتظار المصعد للذهاب إلى الفطور ولا كان مضي وقت اكتر.
وكذلك لا يوجد عزل بالفندق صوت السيارات والبناء عمدار الساعة لم أتمكن الليلة الثانية من النوم بسبب الازعاج ولايوجد باصات للحرم بعد المغرب حكولنا ازمة ومافي سيارات ولا باصات ولما طلعنا تكسي عادي وصلنا قبل العشاء وكان في تكسي وسيارات والوضع عادي

الاخلاق الطيبه تغطي العيوب
Pros:

تعامل الموظفين سواء الشباب أو البنات المشكلة ما أعرف أسمائهم لكن تعاملهم كان جميل خاصة الاخ اللي يلبس النظارات

Cons:

عدم الرد على التلفون في الاستقبال عند الاتصال من الغرفه نتيجة الضغط نرجوا الاهتمام بالرد

لا جدا سي ومادخلونا البوفيه غير ببطاقه مع ان الموظفه قالت تدخلوا كذا من غير بطاقه وعند البوفيه عقدنا قال انزلي جيبي بطاقه للمطعم ولا ماتدخلي مع اني دافعه حق الافطار كامل وخدمه الغرف ماينظفو ومايجو بسرعه
