A great place to sit back and relax, with great food and service!
Pros:

The resort was a great facility that had pretty much everything you could need. The food at the restaurants was great and pricing was reasonable. It was definitely not overcrowded.

Cons:

Cleanliness was a bit of an issue, we never used anything in the kitchen as everything smelt musty. The microwave in the room gave off an electrical shock if you touched the outside of it (we unplugged it to avoid any potential hazard). I found on a couple of occasions where the restaurant staff were overcharging and had to get the bill amended. I don't think the pool was circulating for the entire duration of our visit. I knew we would be paying for hydro/electricity but I never expected to pay over $200 for 5 days when we were barely ever in the room and everything was turned off, bt the checkout clerk did advise that it is a "private" electrical provider that is just ripping everyone off.

Pros:

Los apartamentos son grandes y comodas las camas, los que se eligen frente a la piscina son excelentes. La playa está muy cerca y es muy tranquila y con poca gente. La atención del personal excelente, amigable y amable.

Cons:

Quizás la ubicación del hotel es un poco retirada del dentro de punta cana y por ende, los tour suelen ser mas largos. Recomendación alquilar carro.

It was beautiful, we had a lot of privacy, and it was great to be able to rent a golf cart and just go do whatever we want on the property

Cons:

It may have been something I requested without realizing it, but we didn’t have any made service so we did not get any clean towels or new toilet paper rolls or anything during our stay

Superbe complexe et bel emplacement. Personnel à revoir.
Pros:

Belle situation, bel endroit. Les chambres dispersées autour de la piscine sont très sympas et le cadre magnifique. Les chambres à l'arrière sont bruyantes à cause du grand parking derrière. Le personnel est particulier. Soit vous tombez sur des gens agréables soit c'est tout le contraire. La plage est très bien. La boîte de nuit pas loin, la supérette etc... C'est bien. Attention prévoir de payer l'électricité en plus du prix affiché. 150 euros pour 10 jours me concernant.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié certaines personnes notamment à la réception. Ils font semblant de ne pas vous voir et ne sont pas très agréables ni souriants. A part Fernanda qui était très sympathique et professionnelle.
Le pire c'est l'accueil de la supérette. Je n'ai jamais vu quelqu'un d'aussi désagréable que cette employée de caisse "Yury". On a l'impression de la déranger tout le temps. Très mauvais casting de la direction...

Our flights were cancelled after staying at a nearby resort. We moved here for a few nights.
Pros:

We didnt have the breakfast - we made our own in the apartment.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that could have been better. It was a very good accommodation.

Au secours ! Beaucoup trop cher, odeurs de moisissures et d'égouts, très peu d'équipement dans la cuisine, toute est vieux et rouillé dans les salles de bains,problème électrique, eau de la piscine pas propre. Musique insupportable à la piscine principale.

Grand appartement, belles piscines, près d'une plage magnifique

Cons:

Loin de tout, aucune animation, supérette avec pas grand chose, pas de sèche linge alors que listé dans les équipements, très peu d'équipement de cuisine et manque de serviettes

Pros:

El condominium es lindo, La playa también.

Cons:

si vas sin carro no es muy accesible, los taxis son caros porque está alejado del centro de PC. Por otro lado, te cobran un extra por la luz que consumes de más que son como 74 dólares y creo que a nadie le devuelven.
