A wonderful hotel with great views and location. Great for quick hideaway holidays. Must visit
Pros:

The breakfast was basic but tasty. The chef at Vibe is very good and creates amazing dishes. The location is very good, near enough the Mall and the main attractions and far enough from extreme crowds.

Cons:

The internet connection was poor and needs to be improved. One relies on hotel wifi for work and entertainment and poor internet service spoils the experience. Provide a fail-safe wifi service.

The bathroom can also be improved. Although clean and with well equipped amenities, the tiles and finish can be better.

A technical point is that the muslim shower is located on the wrong wall. This needs to be fixed.

Exceptional
Pros:

Clean and comfortable rooms coupled with exceptionally friendly staff. Also the breakfast was exceptional. Do ask them for their mushroom cheese omelette. It turned out to be better than most that I have tried.

This hotel has set the bar very high, especially at this price point.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was spot on.

Overall decline of facilities since it began a couple of years ago. Needs repainting. The tables in the restaurant wobble.
