Pros:

This hotel is very nice, service, design, cleanliness, comfort and amenities were all up to very high standards. If you look for something traditional with a touch of luxury, close to downtown with a very nice pool overlooking the town (panoramic view with lots of fenestration and lots of wide open windows). Had the best service when it came to everything I asked, like food delivery, laundry and help with the luggages. In brief awesome place

Top notch Nepali Hospitality
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful 1 week stay at Varnabas. The staff was very friendly and helpful and took care of us entirely. For instance, they were even kind enough to arrange mini birthday parties for my parents during our stay. It was a really wonderful touch by the hotel and we appreciated it very much! Everyone on the front desk lead by Swastika to folk who took care of our breakfast meals lead by Pradip get our adulations.
The hotel was very comfortable and clean and had fantastic facilities (there was an ATM even on the ground floor). We have absolutely no complaints and would love to stay here again in the future.
Freshly baked homemade breads were a highlight everyday at breakfast.

Cons:

Would have loved if there were a few more vegetarian breakfast options. Food was great though!
