Everyone from the reception, to the staff at the Fu Asian rooftop restaurant and at breakfast were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I like to commend Manisha, Pujan, Prerana, Sunil and Sabin especially for their excellent service, going beyond what is expected. I looked forward to seeing the smiling staff for dinner and breakfast. Thank you for making my short stay very memorable and warm.

The food was good but there was a simple problem with the room arrangement of three mainly with the bed but hopefully it will be fixed later.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kathmandu an amazing place for a quick family getaway and an excellent choice for business travelers as well.
We received a warm welcome from Arina and Rohan who greeted us with refreshing drinks upon check in. Safin provided outstanding service during dinner making the experience truly enjoyable. At breakfast Manisha and Pujan were incredibly friendly with our kids and their caring attitude added a special touch that we really appreciated. Ashma was also very pleasant during check-out. I would also like to thank the doormen who were exceptional both at arrival and departure.
A big thank you to the management for maintaining such a well-kept and welcoming property. We will definitely be returning soon.

Absolutely excellent experience. The staff is wonderful. The front desk and housekeeping staff are excellent. I have to call specific attention to the restaurant quality and service. The food is delicious and the wait staff is unparalleled. Manisha and the entire wait staff go above and beyond to make sure every detail is covered. For the first time in my life I was actually sad to leave a hotel. The staff made be feel like family. 10 stars!
