نحب نشكر موظفة الإفطار رتاج على أسلوبها الراقي وتعاونها الجميل واهتمامها بالنزلاء، كانت جدًا محترمة ولطيفة وتعاملها ممتاز والافطار كانت جدا جدا كبير ومتنوع ولذيذذ انصح فيه . أيضًا كانت هناك أخت تقدم القهوة المختصة في اللوبي من الساعة 12 الظهر إلى 6 المغرب، وكانت جدًا بشوشة ولطيفة وقهوتها لذيذة جدًا، من الأشياء الجميلة اللي أضافت لمسة حلوة للإقامة
كانت إقامتنا بشكل عام جيدة، والغرف كانت مرتبة ولكن تحتاج لتنظيف ورقابة أكثر. واجهتنا بعض المواقف أثناء الإقامة، ويمكن بسبب الزحمة والضغط الكبير في مكة وقتها. الفندق كان بعيد شوي عن الحرم وهذا كان متعب خصوصًا مع الزحمة والتنقل. أيضًا كان فيه بعض التأخير بالتعامل والخدمة، لكن الموظفين كانوا يحاولون قدر الإمكان يتعاونون معنا.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، خدمة الباصات الخاصة بالفندق كانت متعبة جدًا، حيث لا يتم التوصيل بشكل مباشر إلى منطقة الحرم، وكنا نُنزَل في مكان ونضطر لتغيير المصاعد والمشي لمسافة حتى نصل للحرم، وهذا الأمر كان مرهقًا جدًا خصوصًا مقارنة بالفنادق القريبة من الحرم ومناطق التسوق اتمنى ايحسنون التنظيم اكثر فالمستقبل وخصوصا فالاشهر الي فيها زحمه لانه الفندق حلو وشرح ويستاهل خدمة افضل.

Check in process!!!! It has taken me around 90 mins to check in. it was the worst check-in in my entire life! we registered in the morning to ease the check afterwards . But still had to spend 90 mins just to check in because of the crowd there.
i had old people with me that they couldnt even find chairs to rest after completing Umrah. that was very very disappointing from Emaar hospitality!
they didnt even have dental kits in the hotel!
i have asked for ice and was told that ice machine isnt working!

The comfort of the beds and the overall decoration
1- starting with no one received us at the entrance we had to drag our own bags untill the reception
2- staff were not friendly nor smiling, some wearing masks which made it even harder to communicate and hear what they were saying
3-we arrived earlier so the room wasn't ready which is fine we were willing to wait but we were told that we will receive a call once the rooms are ready, after waiting for three hours in the lobby we went again to check if the room is ready and the reception lady was saying "oh your room is ready since a long time please take the cards".. ok why no one called to let us know as promised!!!!!
4-Lobby staff were so careless and so poorly prepared to serve food or even ask if we needed anything.. after waiting for a long time for someone to ask if we needed anything we went up to the counter and made an order. Lobby food quality was as good as a normal cafeteria food not 5 stars quality "Big disappoinment"
5- Second day at the lobby again we waited so long and this time when we went to make an order at the counter and we were completely ignored by 2 staff who were very much there but didn't listen to our "excuse me"s ..and acted busy. we went back to our chairs and waited for another almost half an hour no one came although were waiving and trying to grab attention but staff seem to ignore us purposely each acting very busy ..we left frustrated looking for other food options
6-room service food quality was again disappointing nothing like 5 star hotels ..felt like frozen fried food.. there was a bread basket but no butter, there was french fries order but no ketchup!! So yeah!!
7- No bathroobs inside the room!!
I stayed once in July 2024.. the service and everything was amazing.. unfortunately it went down 👎🏽 I'm very much disappointed this time..I Don't think i will go again considering the distance from the Haram also with such poor service..very sad

دورات المياة ينحجز الماء في الوسط
كانت تجربة ممتازة بشكل عام. الفندق كبير ونظيف وطاقم العمل متعاونين جدًا. الغرفة واسعة ونظيفة وحجزت إطلالة جزئية على الكعبة المشرفة، كنت أتوقعها أوضح شوي لكن ما كانت مشكلة. الفطور جيد لكن كنت أتمنى خيارات أكثر.
الموقع مريح و قريب من الحرم مع توفر باصات على مدار 24 ساعة للحرم بالإضافة إلى ممشى يوصل للحرم تقريباً 7 دقائق مشي

The location
The check-in took more than 30 minutes, the room was not set up properly (1 phone wasn't working, TV did not work until the next day, the room was missing the toothbrush and paste...etc.)
