Pros:

This hotel did not disappoint, the breakfast buffet was incredible with a lot of options. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The prayers in the sky musallah is in congregation with the imam of Masjid Al Haram. The walking distance is about 9min walk to the Haram, but there is busses that take you at any time of the day with no wait times which was perfect

الغرف واسعة جدًا .
جميع طاقم العمل بلا استثناء متميزين وبشوشين وأخلاقهم عالية .
اللوبي فخم وجميل وفيه كوفي رائع
عملوا معي شي جميل جدًا نادرًا الفنادق تعمله في يوم الخروج تأخرت في عمل التشك اوت إلى الساعة 3 عصرًا ولم يتصلوا وعندما ذهب للاستقبال لعمل التشك اوت اعتذرت من موظف الاستقبال فكان رده قمة في الأخلاق والرقي ويشكرون على ذلك

الفندق متميز جدًا في كل شي العيب الوحيد موقعه مرتفع قليلاً عن الحرم فمن معه كبار سن يتعب قليلًا طبعًا يوجد سلالم متحركة و مصاعد لكن كبار السن يعانون قليلاً من المسافة

Totally disappointed
Pros:

I didn't like it , the room is totally different than the photo , all the rooms are double ( no king size bed ) , the staff are not friendly ( no welcome no smiles , nothing) .
