Amazing stay at Address Jabal Omar Makkah
Pros:

This was my 5th time staying at Address Jabal Omar, and once again, the experience was amazing. Having stayed here several times now, what really stands out for me is the staff. They genuinely make the stay even better and are always willing to go the extra mile.

A special thank you to Raza Jamal, the manager at the breakfast restaurant, who was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to make sure my daughter had hash browns at breakfast. It was a small gesture, but it showed how much attention he gives to guests and their individual needs. Really appreciated his kindness and service.

I’d also like to mention Ripon from housekeeping on the 26th floor. He provided great service and looked after us so well during our stay. He was always helpful and made sure everything was taken care of.

Dania from Guest Services also deserves a special mention for all her help during our stay. She was very helpful and made things much easier for us whenever we needed assistance.

Thank you to Raza, Ripon, Dania and the whole Address Jabal Omar team for making our 5th stay another great one. It’s the staff and the level of hospitality that keep bringing us back.

Apart from these points, we had no issues at all. Another fantastic stay and we look forward to returning to Address Jabal Omar again, InshaAllah.

Cons:

There are just a couple of areas I think could be improved. The shuttle service from the Haram back to the hotel can be quite difficult at busy times. I think it would be much better if there was a system where only Address Jabal Omar guests could use the lifts from the Haram, as this would make the return to the hotel much smoother for hotel guests.

The breakfast could also have a little more variety, especially for guests staying for several days, as the selection can start to feel repetitive.

Excellent service, beautiful Haram views, Sky Musallah is a real treat.
Pros:

Amazing beds. After completing Umrah the thing you love most is coming back to a cloud like bed and I fell asleep super quick. Lovely large rooms. Comfy pillows. Beautiful interiors and there’s so much to explore with the multiple lobbies and fabulous coffee shop. Breakfast was divine. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade to partial Haram view room :) Try to go in the low season as hotel is quieter.

Cons:

If you are traveling with older parents the walk to the Haram is a bit far and it’s uphill. And in the summer it’s hard to walk. The shuttle is regular and quick with little waiting time.

Clean, friendly and great location.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, clean and had all the things that you might need when travelling. The interior design of the rooms and hotel is very nice and provides a feeling of space and cleanliness. The location was superb and provides a nice overview of the Masjid when going down the escalators. There are plenty of coffee shops and pharmacies nearby.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say about the property. The staff were very kind and were always welcoming and ready to listen to any questions that I might have.

لم تعجبني بسبب شباك المتسخ بفضلات الحمام والغبار كان متسخ جدا وايضا لم يعجبني بسبب صغر الشباك كان صغير جدا على المبلغ ال

شباك المطل ع الكعبه كنت دافعه مبلغ كبير وكان الشباك القزاز متسخ جدا ولم اتوقع الاطلاله بهذا الشباك الصغير ع اني مختاره مطله على الكعبه فقط اخذو المبلغ وحاولت اغير الغرفه الى غرفه اخرى وشباك اوسع او تغير الاطلاله من الكعبه الى اطلاله على الحرم بشباك اوسع دفعت المبلغ كبير بالنسبه لي على اطلاله لم اريدها ولم اتوقعها بهذا الصغر

Fijn maar niet uitstekend.
Pros:

Het meest beviel me dat de roomcleaners echt heel behulpzaam waren. Het hotel is schoon en fijn.

Cons:

Ik heb vaker bij dit hotel geboekt alleen vind ik het jammer dat als ik nu boek extra moet betalen voor een tweepersoons bed. We hebben erom gevraagd bij het inchecken maar helaas werd daar moeilijk over gedaan. Dus mijn man en ik kregen elk een eenpersoons bed voor ons verblijf.
