الموقع جميل و تعامل موظف الاستقبال طيب

تاخر احضار الطلبات لازم اتصل اكثر من مره ، لم يتم وضع فرشاه و معجون أسنان ، رائحة الباصات غبار و تم انتظار الباص في محطة الذهاب للفندق وقت مطول قبل وصوله لا اعلم السبب ، تم وعدي من قبل الموظف ب اعطائي أطلاله جزئيه لكن لم استطع رؤية الكعبه فقط الحرم ، و اخيرا لا يتم توصيل وجبه السحور لغرفتك من قبل الفندق و هذه نقطه سلبيه كبيره
