Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer nur einmal und erst nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage gereinigt. Unter dem Bett befand sich noch eine Plastikflasche vom vorherigen Gast, die trotz mehrfacher Bitte nicht entfernt wurde.

Die Handtücher wurden lediglich einmal gewechselt. Zudem war während des gesamten Aufenthalts kein Personal sichtbar oder erreichbar.

Insgesamt ein sehr unzufriedenstellender Service – ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Staff attitude of no cooperation and helpfullness. I want a upgrade with payment. When I asked for it they say 400 rial to pay extra. But, asked me to discuss again in evening and I have to pay 760 extra. Given a low Kabba view room.

Receptionist need to be more friendly as people are coming from different part of the world specially those don’t speak Arbic-take time to explain things!
