بصراحه موقع الفندق ممتاز وتجربه جميله ستتكرر ان شاء الله ، موظفة الإستقبال الاخت نوف اسال الله ان يوفقك ، كانت قمه في الذوق والرقي وحسن المعامله وكرما منها قامت بترقية الحجز حتى تسرع من إجراءات تسجيل الدخول نظرا لعدم جاهزية الغرفه ، مثل هذا التعامل يستحق الشكر ، واتمنى من إدارة الفندق تكريمها لان من مثل هؤلاء الموظفين يعززون من ولاء العميل للفندق .. والدين المعامله

بصراحه الفندق ممتاز لكن في نقطه بسيطه لو كان هناك اوراق حتى يتمكن العميل من وضعها على يد الباب الخارجي توضح لعامل النظافه رغبة العميل في تنظيف الغرفه او لا .. لان العامل ياتي يدق الجرس ويصحيك ويقطع نومك ويسالك وفق الله الجميع

Pros:

This was the most amazing hotel. From the moment I stepped in I felt like royalty. The hotel upgraded us to the best suite unexpectedly, it was really gorgeous and clean and the breakfast was varied and fresh.
