Puntacana apartment rental
Pros:

The appears clean. However the power went out more than once in the two days. In addition not much communication between the cleaner and the manager, cleaner took the room key and had to call the manager who didn’t answer the phone but rather texts via WhatsApp hours later and we were left with no key eventually late in the evening we were able to get in. Beautiful apartment but I don’t understand how there’s no back up generator or power that part sucked, other than that it was nice

When we arrived the place wasnt really clean, but the 2 maids were really great in making a difference in our time there.
The internet didnt really work until the day before we left. Inside the condo has a wierd mold smell.
Pros: the bed was comfortable, aesthetic nice, cute furnishing. Food behind condo but didnt get to try it.

Pros:

If you choose to do an excursion, have them clarify the exact pick up location. You will most likely have to walk to the Hard Rock hotel to get picked up. The property and the staff were very pleasant and responsive. Would recommend them to anyone.

Beautiful property, gorgeous pool, had everything that we needed! We loved having the pizza place right in the backyard- it was delicious and they have gelato as well which was very convenient! Walking distance to the Hard Rock if you want to eat there or gamble. There is a small grocery store inside the gated complex to pick up any supplies needed and free transportation off site to pick up anything they don’t have. The development is still under construction across the street but it was perfect for us and not bothersome, We barely left for days.

Hard Rock and Golf access - Very Private
Pros:

This is a lovely property and Elsa was a lovely host. I also engaged Franklin for some transport and he was very friendly, timely and an excellent driver. I was there for a multi-night concert at the Hard Rock and the location was perfect. Easy access to the venue and a quiet escape for my stay.

The host help our make our stay perfect. The apartment was clean, very modern and in a peaceful setting. The pool outside was available until 11pm and a restaurant was next door in case you wanted to eat. The only con was it in a new development area, so a lot of construction nearby. But I would definitely recommend this place, I give it a 5 star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved our time at Cana Brava Residences! Wendy and Elsa were awesome communicators from the moment we booked until the moment we left! The condo was new, warm and inviting! We stayed on the ground level overlooking Hard Rock Golf Course and the beautiful swimming pool. We swam everyday in the pool!! It was perfect! We were less than 100 steps from PizzArt Italian Restaurant, open from 8am to 11pm six days a week. It was delicious and Flori and Raquel were awesome servers!! We had access to two restaurants at Hard Rock that were within walking distance. Once we found a driver that could get us in an out of Cana Brava, transportation became stressless!! We golfed and did tours and had a great time in the area. It was quiet and relaxing!

Loved our stay at Cana Brava. Enjoyed how quiet it was being away from the craziness of the beach. Luckily the construction work around that building was halted for the holidays.

Beds were pretty comfortable, lots of space in the place, kitchen was lacking a kitchen knife but had lots otherwise.

Elsa was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The shuttle was convenient and free, although would rent a scooter next time to give us more freedom for when we wanted to go to the beach club!

Beach club was very nice and it was great to be able to use the $70 towards food & water.

Was a bit of a pain getting through security and tried to rent a car which was not worth it.

We loved the cats around the building that would come visit and feed them on our first floor patio, they were cute and added some joy to our stay!
