Lovely hotel . Nice staff , the hotel was very clean and i loved my time here

The male receptionist at the hotel was great. The female receptionists seemed disinterested to provide customer service. The room was nice except for the following, room service (clean towels, tissue rolls) should be daily or minimum every two days. The carpet was not clean upon arrival. The sleep and air condition were good along with the washroom facilities.

The location of the hotel is good and you can walk it to Masjid Al Haram with local supermarkets and masjid right next to the hotel.

The free shuttle service was ok there were two occasions. 1. the bus did not arrive at the car park location and another 2. The bus was parked, engine off and lights off. Both occasions led to me spending 50 riyal and I was not compensated even when I spoke to the manager.

The hotel is excellent but not walkable distance to makkah... It's has shuttle bus services to makkah

This hotel is so clean so nice and close to the Makkah , about 17 minutes walking,
But they provide buses back and forth to the mosque,
I highly recommend this hotel
Amer in front desk and all other staff are helpful and friendly,
Always book the breakfast package,
It is so delicious and variety of choice

Its a nice cosy hotel. Hard to get there even on taxi and a bit of walk from Haram. You have to inform reception for cleaning and then constantly remind them. Breakfast is okay and too great. No choice of English tea.

Really amazing staff,i got the 12th floor good side view of the clock tower. Only 10minutes walk to the Haram, but not for the faint of heart. Alot of inclines and declines, be carefull with the traffic walking on the bridge infront of the hotel.
Please get their breakfast package, didnt try their lunch or dinners.
Cabs charge alot, i would suggest cross the bridge to the other side and get a cab,10 riyal or else 25riyal.

The experience was amazing. Everything was good; welcome, rooms, service, cleanliness, shuttle bus (which took average of 7mins), and nothing to complain about.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are very helpful and polite. Taxi drivers find it difficult to locate as its not updates correctly on google map. Breakfast choices are really good but they dont serve lunch or dinner despite having 2 restaurants on site which is really odd. There are some local restaurants nearby and a grocery store. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to and from Haram which was really helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay

Good place to stay while you are doing your Umra or Haj, great restaurant all you can eat breakfast. Walking distance to the masjid. I recommend this hotel.

Overall I had a good stay except we were not told about the shuttle being only for Umrah performers . We had to walk most of the time . Also WiFi was a little slow
