كل شئ ومساحة الغرفة كبيرة جدا

فقط لم يسمحوا بتسجيل الدخول الا بعد الساعة 2 لو كانوا اكثر مرونة لاكتملت منظومة الجمال في هذا المكان الجميل

شكر و تقدير للمالك و الاستاذة ريم الوجهة المشرفة في تمثل مالك او ادارة وفي اي مكان تتولى مسئوليته

اولا اشكر المالك على ذوقه في اختيار و تنسيق الفندق بطابع فاخر و جودة التاثيث و اختيار الموظفين الذين لديهم اللباقة و الكفاءة و حسن التعامل مع العملاء،
في يوم حجزي حصل تداخل في الحجوزات بسبب تمديد العملاء في اخر لحظة لكن حسن ادارة الاستاذة ريم في إدارة الازمات و التصرف بشكل مهني و قمة في الاحترام والتقدير لجميع العملاء و حل المشكلة و ارضاء كافة العملاء بحرفية و مهنية فعلا مالك الفندق اضافة واجهة مشرفه تمثله امام العملاء فكل التقدير والاحترام لكم لاهتمامكم بالعملاء اولا قبل الفائدة المالية، عميل دايم لكم ان شاء الله جناح 107 ابو هند
شكري و تقديري للمالك و الاستاذة ريم الوجهة المشرفة في تمثل مالك او ادارة وفي اي مكان تتولى مسئوليته

ينقص استكمال المطعم و انا متاكد ان المالك مثل ما اضاف ذوقه في تاثيث الفندق سوف يوسس مطعم عالمي.
