No transportation was provided from the hotel to the masjid e nabawi. No iron provided. Internet service was poor.

Definitely a bad stay with rude staff
Pros:

Just the room space

Cons:

1. Rude staff
2. No housekeeping, on multiple requests they sent house keeping at 10 pm when we were already tired and was done so vaguely no toiletries refreshed, no refills etc.

Definitely not worth the money

The size of the room

Cons:

The quality of the room - the shower didn’t work. They charged me 15SAR because I lost my room key and that is the fee for a replacement room key.
