Great stay
Pros:

Islam, Mansoor, Alamgir, and Ella were absolutely wonderful. They were all incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The hospitality was exceptional, and they genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Their friendly attitude and excellent service made the whole experience even better. A big thank you to all four of them!

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi , 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde , Kabe’ye çok yakın konumda, bakımlı ve temiz bir yer. resepsiyonu arandığınızda taleplerinize hemen cevap veriyor , oda da tv,kettle ve mini buzdolabı var , banyoda havlu,sabun diş fırçası ve tıraş bıçağı koymuşlar

Cons:

Veldig dårlig service. Vi hadde en del bagasje som skulle fraktes ned til lobbyen ved utsjekk. Vi ba om hjelp flere ganger, uten hell. Til slutt måtte vi selv frakte ned våre egn bagasje. Det er ikke muligheter for noe transport i nærheten. Vi måpte gå med all vår bagasje i ca 5-10 min for taxi.
