Pros:

Staff were great. Specially the lovely lady at the front desk.

Cons:

When I called for room service after 11pm. I didnt get an answer. Had to go to the main desk for someone to help me.

Great location and great staff, newer building but small rooms
Pros:

The facility is brand new and is in a excellent location, short flat walk to the haram. During busy times we can even pray in the hotel prayer room itself as the haram loud speakers reach the hotel.
The staff is great and very helpful. They did my laundry and got supplies as needed. One of the employee Alamgir Hussain was very helpful after checkout, he got a taxi to go back to Jeddah when it was very hard to find one as my originally booked taxi driver cancelled as they could not get close to the haram due to the traffic. The hotel also let me store my luggage on the last day after checkout till late night.

Cons:

The rooms are very small, there is barely any space to put luggage down or to pray.

Good location and helpful staff
Pros:

Very good staff and housekeeper asked daily if we would like rooms cleaned. Staff helped me book a big taxi on checkout. Location was around 10 minutes walk to the haram with good shops on the way.

Cons:

Rooms were quite small so was a struggle with luggage but not a real issue.

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful, especially because of its perfect location. The Haram was just a 7-minute walk away, which made it extremely convenient for prayers at any time of the day.

One of the best parts of our experience was the view from the room. We could clearly see the Haram and the iconic Clock Tower right from our window, which added a very special spiritual feeling to our stay.

The combination of comfort, accessibility, and breathtaking views made this hotel an excellent choice. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah who wants to stay close to the Haram without compromising on comfort.

Pros:

This is the 3rd time i stay in worth Elite hotel.
The check in process is fast. The staff allowed early check in,, thank you so much Allaa.
The staffs are friendly and fast respond.
Clean and near Harram.

A divider is needed for the shower to keep the toilet dry.
