Staf are very good and kind specially the manager and her OiC, they are doing their best to make our stay comfortable

Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally clean and is in walking distance of the Haram. A big shout out to Abdul Kadir who is part of the house keeping staff who kept on top of any request we made and looks after the rooms and guests really well.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny barely any space to put luggage. We requested a wheelchair for my elderly mother on many occasions and were only given it on one occasion . No food at the hotel.

It was not too bad.
Pros:

The staff was nice. They provided towels, water and coffee all the time.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny and they have such a wasted space. The beds could have been stacked on top of each other so they can be like bunk beds. Moreover, the space under the bed should have been accessible so we can store our luggage. Additionally, providing us with a small microwave could have helped. The shower has a curtain wire but the cutting was not there so water will be everywhere since the shower head angle was not adjustable. Also, you could have provided golf car service for people who are willing to pay.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili konumu Kabeye yakın pahalı otellere göre daha uygun
Pros:

Mescidi harama çok yakın yani hemen dibinde değil ama yürüme mesafesi olarak çok uygun tavsiye ederim tekrar gelirsen burada kalmayı düşünüyorum, her gün oda temizliği vardı özellikle otele girdiğimizde bizi bir bayan ve bir erkek karşıladı o kadar güzel karşıladılar ki kendilerine buradan da çok teşekkür ediyorum çok memnun kaldım uzun zamandır böyle güzel sıcak bir karşılama görmemiştim
