GREAT LOCTION NICE STAFF

This was probably the best hotel in Al Bahah given the limited hotel options in that city. The hotel is in a great location with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The hotel room was spacious in size, clean, and serviced daily. Breakfast had a decent variety of options and the food was delicious. The public areas of the hotel were also nice and spacious. The front-desk, dining, and cleaning staff were all nice. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I came here on a two day group visit to Al Abha. The hotel is centrally located (so close to shops) on a busy road.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and room service was quietly efficient. I had a double room on Floor 3 which was a good size, clean, had a comfortable bed, good wifi, aircon, flatscreen TV and a bathroom which was bit out of date but perfectly adequate for a short stay.

I only had one meal here; choice was limited but the food was good. There is room service but I couldn’t get the app to work so can’t comment on quality.

Good hotel, I would stay here again.

good location and nice staff

The dining room on the fourth floor is great, with a nice open outside area with views. The bathroom in my room is a bit odd, with the toilet located very close to the shower head.

We drove down from Taif to see Three Ain and I had booked this hotel from the UK. Check in was very efficient and the staff including receptionist, guest manager and porter could not have been more helpful. The room was very clean and certainly large enough for the two if us. The only negative was that I booked a double bed with pool view and we got a twin bed with road view. Not a problem though as we were tired and it was only for one night. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast could not be faulted for choice and quality.

I loved this place. It is an excellent hotel that I visited in Baha. It is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. I mostly went there for the coffee shop on the first floor and the rooftop restaurant on the fourth floor. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff were very courteous.

I spent one night here. I made an advanced booking via their website a few months earlier. When I arrived, the woman at reception was busy doing something and instructed me to wait. After waiting nearly 10 minutes, she called me forward, and then insisted that they had no booking for me. I showed her the confirmation email, but she did not seem to understand (her English skills were very limited). She called her manager, and they offered me a room at the advanced booking price. Of course, since they lost my reservation, she needed to ask for all of my information, and she struggled to understand my passport. Eventually she called someone else to help translate, and they finished checking me in.

The room was fine. It was clean and quiet. The bed was a bit on the hard side. There was a call to prayer alarm clock which was apparently set to some other timezone, and woke me unexpectedly at 2am.

Checkout went smoothly. I am not sure this was worth about US$140 for one night.
