Convenient layover hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Room was a good size but not really a 'junior suite' as advertised. Just a big room with a sofa.

Pros:

Originally booked a room with twin beds for me and my other travel guest, but they gave us a single king bed (honeymoon suite as it had romantic pedals (plastic) on the bed with towels wrapped heart shaped. Decided to forgo the twin room as we were leaving the following afternoon and the bed was large enough for us to sleep on the on the other side comfortably and non-awkwardly. Room was very clean and the bathroom was filled with plenty of towels, bathrobes, and bathing products. Breakfast was not buffet-style, but room service-style, which was limiting and not what was advertised. Staff was very polite, attentive, and considerate. Location was limiting as it wasn’t near much stores and I had to take taxis or walk a long time in the heat to get to places as there were no buses. Good price, but expect to pay out for taxis to get to places.

Room is big, comfortable and breakfast is very good. However, the air conditioner was to strong and pointed to bed which made my sleep very bad

Excellent staff and spacious rooms.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff, especially the manager at the restaurant Mohammed. Would be great if the gym opened earlier as I like to gym before breakfast but it only opened from 11am. And also, the shower only had enough hot water for about 15mins and it wasn’t enough to shower my whole family. So we had to wait at least half an hour for more hot water.

The place was nice and clean. Location is good, not far away from the Airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The value of money is fare. Will visit the place in future. Thanks,

The hotel was excellent except in the hotel location in the confirmation e mail was wrong and the Taxi took us to the other Seven Gardens Hotel. I had to contact the mobile number indicated in the confirmation e mail where he gave us the correct location. This caused me a delay in reaching the hotel for over one hour in addition the Taxi charged me SR 150. We reached the hotel late night and we only had few hours to sleep since we had an early morning connection flight
