Avoid this hotel i got terrible service from them during my stay.

10 minutes from the Haram (with a shortcut through Anjum Hotel). It is uphill going towards the Haram. Just so you are aware. Barbers and a restaurant right next to the Hotel. Good budget hotel for the price.

Over all experience wasn’t the best with this hotel being close to Al haram I expected better service, arrived early and we were welcomed and got keys to rooms doors, then at room furniture were broken, trash was in the bathroom, then at night after we came back from the isha prayer went to the room and in the hallway it was smoking smell coming out of the room next door , called the front desk and they said they will send some one to check, I had a 8 month old baby in my room, then next day same thing happened even with signs all over the place saying no smoking, what got me upset is the I found out after the third time complaining about the cigarette smoke that one of the staff is the one in the room next door and I believe he was the manger and when I complained, he wanted me to move out of the room, really bad experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone to go through that. No room service for the first 2 nights and I had to call and go to front desk to request it on the third day.

Je n'ai jamais vu un hotel pareil , les toilettes sont sale et leau de la douche ( qui je precise n'est pas séparé des toilettes) ne s'ecoule pas !
Le personnel ne sert a rien et avoir de leur part une serviette de bain est impossible
Pour mes freres qui viennent accomplir leurs omra craignez Allah et ne séjournerez pas dans ces chambres crades.

I found bed bugs, place was dirty, they had no food service or restaurant in the hotel shower is literally in the toilet. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to stay there.

It was a good 2 star Hotel. All room services are on demand/request. The property is located 10-12 minutes slightly uphill walk. It is nearest to new extension side of Haram. So people with walking issues/wheelchair, kids etc will find a little bit hard when going towards Haram. If you want to go inside Haram from Hotel then it may take 20 minutes depending on age group/health. Don't forget to bring your own Iron.

Location was good, walking distance from Haram, value for money.

Very comfortable stay, close to the Harem with a short 5 minute walk. Very good friendly staff available at all times.

WiFi connection was patchy at times and my room was not cleaned during my stay.

This small Hotel is 10 minutes walk to Haram, at the back of a hill (road is uphill and downhill)
No restaurant. Refrigerator, TV , Air Conditioner are okay.
Staff is friendly.
Small insects exist in the bathroom.

Overall Not Bad

Very bad experience at this hotel. We booked two rooms for our 3-generation family. Inconvenient location that requires an upwards hill to get to haram which is almost impossible for older folks. Close enough to haram entrance (10 minute walk going through the tunnel inside Hotel Anjum though on an upward slope) but the closest entrance is the new extension so it is very far from kaaba (25 minutes walk at least). One of the rooms was dirty when we checked in (lots of garbage on the floor) so the hotel switched us to a different room that had a malfunctioning Air Conditioning unit. The hotel took a long time to try (and fail) to fix the AC. Lots of smoking smell on the floor despite being a non-smoking hotel. Only one key given per room. Only positives were friendly staff and a working WiFI. We checked out after a day and a half of a 5-day stay since it was very inconvenient for our family. We mentioned these problems to the hotel when we checked out and contacted Orbitz right away to refund the remaining 3 nights. Unfortunately the hotel refused to refund us for the three nights we did not use (though they likely got other guests to our rooms for these nights). I would not even consider going there again.

Today around 730am asked for clean tower and shower gel it’s 12.50pm got nothing
