اقامه لا اتوقع تكرارها ابداً

مرافق الفندق نظيفه ولا بأس بها وخدمة النقل من والى الحرم ممتازه وملتزمين باوقات النقل الترددي

موظفين الاستقبال ابداً غير ملمين بمهام تقديم الخدمات للنزلاء واسلوبهم سئ وبالذات عدد 2 موظفين اسلوبهم وطريقة كلامهم سيئه وكنت اتكلم مع موظف الاستقبال وهو منسدح يتغدى او يأكل وجبه معينه وطلبت تنظيف الغرفة يومين متتاليه ولم يتم تنظيفها وتم تجاهل الطلب بالرغم من ابلاغي للاستقبال ووضع اضاءة طلب التنظيف على لوحة باب الغرفة وطلبت اصلاح هاتف الغرفة بسبب انه لا يعمل وتم تجاهل الطلب

It was fine. Not good, neither bad.
Pros:

The room was clean and good. Shuttle Service before every Salah.

Cons:

Its really far from Masjid e Nabwi. For this price, I was expecting more facilities and comfort. The room card was getting reset so need to make it enable again from reception.

Bra rum och prisvärt, usel service.
Pros:

Läget med boendet var bra, vi hade bil så det var mycket enkelt att ta sig runt. Rummet var likaså bra.

Cons:

Personalen var oprofessionella, tjejen som arbetade vid receptionen var helt värdelös och otrevlig. Skulle inte återbesöka hotellet just för det. Även andra var inkompetenta och icke servicemindeade.
