Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
Pros:

The hotel looks good and the room is also fine.

Cons:

The hotel itself is acceptable, but the reception service was honestly one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. The staff showed almost no willingness to help, and it felt as though assisting guests was an inconvenience to them.

There was absolutely no useful support: no shuttle service to the Haram or Madinah, no help whatsoever with arranging a taxi, and no meaningful assistance with basic guest requests.

To make matters worse, the room key repeatedly stopped working. We had to keep going back to reception to have it renewed, which became extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable.

A hotel can have an acceptable room, but terrible reception service can ruin the entire stay. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened here. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have rarely experienced such an unhelpful and frustrating reception service. The management seriously needs to address the attitude and customer service of the reception staffs in general.

It was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The overall staff is cooperative but the receptionist Mr. Marwa is a very unprofessional guy who was a liar and no. Cooperative at all. I came from riyadh and due to faulty Ac i chased this guy for 3 hours to resolve the issue. Later on i found from the staff that Mr. Marwa didnt informed anyone and only gaslighted me. That first day was horrible for me.
