Cons:

Asked for a meeting room to be arranged 3:00 PM a day before and was promised to be contacted 2 hours before and was not contacted until 3:45 PM .
Their was no professional staff whim commented to call.

I liked the service I also liked that stuff they are very kind

Cons:

I have found bugs the carpet looks clean but it’s not the bed as well has a smell I wouldn’t go there again

It was a magical stay, you must try it at least once in your life
Pros:

I spent my wedding anniversary and it was so magical. I would go back every year

Cons:

The entrance was not clearly marked on Google Maps. We spent too much time asking about directions
