1. Please note that all children are welcome. Up to two further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Children from 6 up to 12 years old will be charged at 50% of breakfast/meal price.

Booking.com should investigate why I was told by the hotel staff that the food was for two persons even though I booked
Pros:

The property is in walking distance of the Masjid.

Cons:

I booked half board but when I went to restaurant I was told the booking for food was only for two people. I had to clarify with staff members on few occasions that I booked for four people and showed them the evidence. Turned away by staff member when we went to have food was embarrassing in front of my children.

Most conveniently located hotel in Madinah
Pros:

New Madinah Hotel is very very conveniently located. Its 5 minutes walking distance from Masjid an Nabawi. We could go back to our hotel and come back even between Asr and Maghrib when the duration between the two salat's was 1 hour. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The food in the buffet breakfast was delicious. They had a good spread that we enjoyed thoroughly. The hotel has a connecting shopping area which has everything- dates, janamaz, tasbih, gifts for children etc - that you can find outside and they offer cheaper rates.
