Please note that third party credit cards are not accepted. The credit card used to make the booking must be present at the reception desk upon check in for verification.

1. Please note that all children are welcome. Up to two further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Children from 6 up to 12 years old will be charged at 50% of breakfast/meal price.

2. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel.

3. Please note that Suhoor will be served instead of breakfast during the month of Ramadan.

4. As per Govt. rules and regulation only Muslim guests are allowed to stay in the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

سيء و مخيب للأمل

رغم أنني ‏من عادتي أن أمدح الفنادق ولكن بصراحة يا اخوان هذا أسوء فندق سكنته :-
- عند تسجيل الدخول بقيت انتظر وشعرت بالملل حيث كان يتواجد موظف واحد فقط يخدم الجميع وانتظار .
- عندما يكون هناك حوار لطيف مع موظف الاستقبال فجأة تأتي موظفة شابة من خلف الاستقبال تقتحم الحوار وتقول انا مديرة الاستقبال وتدخل هي في صلب الموضوع مما يجعل الموظف لا يكمل ويقع في حرج والعميل يستغرب تصرفها كما أنه لا يود إعادة الموضوع من جديد و تعطي كلاماً مختلفاً عن الموظف !
- الفندق وبناءه قديم جدا حيث يوجد شباك كبير قديم في الغرفة يخترقه الهواء رغم أنه مغلق فيصدر صوت مرور هواء قوي و حاد و يتحول أحياناً الى صوت صفير ثم يرجع الى صوت مرور الهواء اقسم بالله مزعج كما انه يدخل عليك هواء من الخارج واصوات متنوعة قرب رأسك بشكل يجعلك لن تستطيع النوم والمشكلة السرير قرب الشباك حتى اضطررت للسكن في فندق آخر ودفعت هنا وهناك.
- لم تتم المبادرة بشرح المرافق الموجودة في الفندق كما هو معتاد ولا أماكنها واوقات عملها ..الخ .
- ‏الفندق وبناؤه قديم والأثاث والفرش شعرت بالضيق والاكتئاب.
- الشطاف في دورة المياه ضعيف مهما فتحت الولف مما يتسبب في معاناة عند كل قضاء للحاجة .
- المكيف قديم وقد أخرج رائحة غير محببة و شميت رائحة مثل شيء يحترق !!
- الوصول الى الاستقبال هو أمر متعب حيث تحتاج أن تطلع درج ثم تدخل وتمشي ثم تنعطف الى اليمين وتمشي ثم تنعطف الى اليسار وتمشي الى ان تصل الى درج آلي ثم بعد ذلك تصل للاستقبال وهو في الدور الاول !!!
- السعر أراه مرتفع و غالي و لا يتناسب بتاتاً مع مستوى الفندق .
- نظام المصعد معقد فحتى داخل المصعد يجب ان تقوم بتمرير بطاقة دخول غرفتك على حساس داخل المصعد وربما تحاول اكثر من مرة حتى يقبل ان تضغط بعد ذلك على رقم الطابق 😤 وربما رأيت بعض النزلاء يطلبون المساعدة والحساس قد لا يعمل احيانا .
- بعد ما تمددت على السرير قليلاً لاحظت انني اهرش وأحك جلدي حكة مزعجة ( لست متأكد من السبب) !!
- لن أقول لكم هل الفرش والاماكن فيها اوساخ وقاذورات او ليس فيها ولكن سوف اترك الصور المرفقة هي التي تتحدث 😖

- لا انصح بالسكن واختيار هذا الفندق بتاتاً

Absolutely brilliant
Pros:

So close to Haram sharif literally at the back near to Roza paak.
About 5 minutes walk.
Staff was exceptional Hatem and Raken on desk was brilliant.
The other staff were running around anytime you needed anything and within minutes you got what you needed.
Free water,tea,coffee.
Unlimited towels,toilet paper and tissues.
Beds comfortable big room no shower issues.
Can't fault anything.
