New Madinah Hotel reserves the right to refuse bookings with more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that third party credit cards are not accepted. The credit card used to make the booking must be present at the reception desk upon check in for verification.

1. Please note that all children are welcome. Up to two further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Children from 6 up to 12 years old will be charged at 50% of breakfast/meal price.

2. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel.

3. Please note that Suhoor will be served instead of breakfast during the month of Ramadan.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect from start to finish. Everything—from the room to the services—was absolutely flawless.
A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Yazid and Nirdin at the front desk. They truly made our stay unforgettable. Their warm welcome, professionalism, and incredible helpfulness stood out the most. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Very good. I look forward to my stay when I return in August.
Pros:

The location of the hotel, facilities and staff. I liked that rooms were quite and the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

The pipe in the bathroom in my room made a loud noise whenever I flushed the terlet.

Good service, communication and easy going staff.
Pros:

Reception staff were nice helping to resolve customer complaints smoothly and quickly, especially Hatem and Nareen they were very nice with super communication. Also the restaurant serves international cuisine and the stuff there are polite and manage good service, especially Hamad and Barakat.
