Hôtel près du Haram mais peu comfortable!! Beaucoup de bruit!! Travaux au sein de l’établissement!!

Personnel réactif seulement lors de la présence du duty manager!!
Hôtel proche du Haram mais le personnel manque d’honnêteté. On nous a donné une chambre qui devait être en maintenance car il y avait beaucoup de réparation a faire et équipements manquants!! Après plusieurs demandes d’intervention et d’aller et retour pour voir le personnel pour avoir des serviettes qui nous ont été remises après minuit l’eau chaude n’était pas disponible dans la chambre car le chauffe-eau était débranché car il ne fonctionnait pas!! J’ai du insister et supplier le personnel pour nous donner une autre chambre!
C’est bien dommage! On nous a donné une autre chambre qui était fonctionnelle cette fois ci et donc j’ai prolongé mon séjour mais c’était encore une fois la déception a cause du bruit des bus en bas de l’établissement et sur le boulevard Ibrahim Al Khalil et du bruit émanant de l’intérieur de l’hôtel a cause des travaux!!
Je n’y reviendrai jamais!!

Helpful Manager. I was a bit early. Had requested and they accommodated by checking in early.

The Housekeeping , did not clean the room. We had to call for towels.

Very close to the Haram—only a 10-minute walk. The housekeepers are very polite and doing their best, despite the building being old and moldy. I was expecting a nicer facility, but the location helps compensate for the negatives.

We stayed 4 nights to do umrah. The hotel is close 12 min walking distance to kaaba and if you are planning to go to Haram for 5 prayers it is a great place. The price is very reasonable.
One issue is that the rooms are small and has only space for beds and your luggage. Therefore you cannot eat in your room since there is no table. I asked the receptionist and they suggested to eat in the dinning floor, which was very helpful. The restaurant is not operational so you can buy your food from outside and eat it with your family in the dining floor.
The hotel needs renovation urgently, many cracks and leakages. When you take a shower, because the bath curtains were not installed properly you can end up flooding the floor.

Worse hotel ever stayed quality of the room was terrible I walked out after I was refused a refund I had to book a different hotel

The hotel is nice and clean and close to haram we booked 2 bed rooms it was nice but little small other then that we definitely stay again insha Allah

location was ok for the price but Room smelled very bad ,bathroom was dirty and shower was barely dripping water

Terrible hotel

This is a decent budget hotel. The rooms are very congested. The suite’s main door lacks a lock, and the rooms are locked separately, which can be inconvenient for families with children. The police do not permit taxis to enter the street in front of the hotel, so luggage drop-offs and pick-ups require special arrangements, usually involving helpers with trolleys, which can be a hassle. The road is very busy, and it takes around 20 minutes on foot to reach Haram. However, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping options right at the hotel’s doorstep.

We stayed here and it was brilliant as it was surrounded by all the facilities shops for food washing clothes buying gifts.. i was surprised it was very clean n hospitable however if you have mobility issues I would not recommend it .. it can take a while to get to mosque.. but i would book this hotel again in the future
