Pros:

Everything was excellent

Cons:

The transport to Haram is back side and it's like 20 to 25 min to King Fahad Gate 1 it's like you have to walk in hot sun around the Haram boundary.

If you can make the transport exactly below the under tunnel of haram where all the taxi and busses go and drop it would really save a lot of walking

Cons:

Room service: no shampoo or tooth brush or hand liquid soap, I called many times their response ok we will send someone, but nothing delivered.

The cleaniness

Cons:

The location, staff. It take a long time to check-in. The hotel is far from serviced. The shuttle bus is not good enough; very few. The customer service by the reception staff is also wanting. They seem not care about their customers. The breakfast is not the best either.

ممتاز جدا ومريح وأنيق وفيه جميع الخدمات واشكر الموظفين علي تعاملهم هذه ثالث سنة معهم في هذا الموقع بضبط والفطور كل يوم نوع خدمة التوصيل الي الحرم 24 ساعة ما عدا يوم الجمعة إذا صار فيه إشكاليه في الطريق المرور بس متوفر يوم الجمعة بس إذا كان فيه مشاكل فقط المسافة قريبة جدا بالنسبة تاكسي من جيني ب 10 ريال واذا مجاني باص الفندق متوفر

اريد فقط تغيير في نظام اخذ الناس من الحرم وقت إذا نزلت الناس في الحرم قبل المغرب يأخذهم الباص بعد العشاء يعني بعد ما ينتهي صلاة العشاء ب نص ساعة لكي أنا وصلت الي الباص اركض بعد صلاة العشاء لان وقته خلاص بيمشي علي طول انتهت الصلاة 9 حكم الباص يتحرك 9:15 وهناك مسافة طويلة للوصول الي الباص ف ياليت تشوفون هذه الملاحظة وعندي ملاحظة ثانيه طلبت صابون يد في الفندق ما جاني إلا متاخر فقط لا غير وشكرا لهم علي تعاونهم

The location of the Hotel not for the elderly.
There is a shuttle but it's not available all the time only hourly.
Does not wait long enough at the Haram to collect guests.
Most of the had to walk back to the hotel.
Could not locate the gym.
No Cafe on the premises for necessities.
