Pros:

This is not a hotel, has no facilities beside the room itself. There were no check instructions. There is no ventilation in bathroom which is inside the room. The walls are paper thin, so noise is constant.
But none of that would make me write a review.
×××To say the staff were unfriendly is an understatement. The woman was verbally abusive, and the guy was threatening, verging on physical violence.×××
There is no justification to such behaviour. I asked for basic instructions and help in understanding how things work, and where to get to.
Ohh, and only paper cups for coffee is not that nice, but a tea spoon is essential.
I highly recommend finding accommodation elsewhere in the lovely neighbourhood, as I have done and will in the future.

מקום לינה מומלץ במושבה הגרמנית
Pros:

מקום אירוח משפחתי ונעים במושבה הגרמנית לא רחוק גם מואדי ניסנאס והכניסה התחתונה לגנים הבהאיים. המקום נעים מאוד והחדרים לא גדולים אבל מאוד נוחים. הכל הרגיש נקי מאוד ובעלת הבית הייתה זמינה לכל שאלה והסבר. בבסיס המבנה יש מכולת שפתוחה עד מאוחר.

Cons:

אפשר לשפר קצת את האבזור של המטבחון. מיטת הספה מתאימה בעיקר לילדים קטנים.

Friendly staff and good location but not the cleanest room.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was pleasant, especially the stone design which gave it a unique vibe. The location is excellent—just a minute away from the German Colony, which is ideal for evening outings.

However, the bathroom was the main concern, with visible mold in all corners of the shower and even on the shower handle, which raised serious concerns about hygiene standards. In addition, the bed was relatively small, and my husband and I found it difficult to move comfortably during the night.

Cons:

The shower had visible black mold in the corners, which made it uncomfortable to use, especially for guests who value cleanliness.
