Es ist ein sehr modernes Hotel

Cons:

Das Personal, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen im Restaurantbereich, sehr unfähig und unfreundlich.
Es wird für alles extra kassiert und dies teilweise recht viel.
Das Hotel ist bei den Einheimischen ein Szenetreff. Als Hotelgast bekommt man regelmäßig das Gefühl, dass man als Hotelgast nur das Geld bringen soll.
Plätze an der Poolbar sind knapp, weil viele Externe sich dort aufhalten.
Die Erstellung von Rechnungen ist extrem schlecht. Die Mitarbeiter in allen Leveln lächeln freundlich, wollen sich kümmern und können keine Korrekten Rechnungen ausstellen. Dies auch dann nicht, wenn man ihnen alles detailliert vorschreibt.
Das Frühstück ist unverhältnismäßig teuer und in der Auswahl sehr begrenzt

אני והבן זוג שלי בפעם הרביעית במלון הזה, כל פעם שיש איזה אירוע אנחנו חוגגים אצלכם. הגענו למלון ואף אחד לא עידכן אותנו שאין בריכה!! זה הדבר הכי מאכזב שהיה לנו. הבטחנו לא לחזור. בגלל חוסר שקיפות. אנחנו תמיד מגיעים 18:00 ועוזבים לפני הצ׳ק אאוט אז לפחות שבריכה תיהיה וגם אם לא וזה בסדר לעדכן ואנחנו נבחר.

השירות טעון שיפור חוץ מזה הכל היה מצוין

אין מענה של הצוות בקבלה ועד שענו לא שלחו את מה שביקשנו.
היציאה מהחניה מאד בעייתית, יותר פשוט לתת כרטיס אישור שהחניה שולמה, אין מענה ואין עם מי לדבר.

I would like to share a very disappointing experience at your hotel.

My wife and I arrived on April 5 to celebrate her birthday, having paid the full amount in advance via Booking. Upon arrival, we were informed that the pool and spa were closed due to the current security situation. We were not notified about this in advance, despite the hotel operating with limited services while still charging full price.

I asked the front desk about possible compensation, but was told nothing could be done because the booking was made through Booking. They took my phone number and promised that a manager would contact me, but no one ever did.

Additionally, considering we came to celebrate my wife’s birthday, it was disappointing that there was no acknowledgment or small gesture from the hotel.

At checkout, I followed up again and was told my contact had not even been passed on. I was promised another call, but a week later, we still haven’t heard back.

Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially given the special occasion.

זו אינה הפעם הראשונה שלי במלון, ואני מכירה היטב את הסטנדרט הגבוה שהוא מציע בדרך כלל. לצערי, החוויה בביקור האחרון הייתה מאכזבת מאוד ואף מתחת לכל ביקורת.

להלן הנקודות המרכזיות:
1. עוד לפני ההגעה למלון, יצרו איתנו קשר ועדכנו כי בעקבות המצב הביטחוני לא יינתנו שירותים כגון שירות חדרים, ספא, סאונה וג’קוזי. מדובר בצמצום משמעותי של חוויית האירוח, שלא קיבל ביטוי הולם בהמשך השהות.
2. ציינו מראש כי אנו חוגגים יום הולדת וביקשנו שימתינו לנו בחדר יין ופינוק קטן – דבר שלא בוצע כלל.
3. ביקשנו צ’ק-אאוט מאוחר עקב הנסיבות. נאמר לנו מראש כי אושר עד השעה 13:00 ואף רמזו שבמלון עצמו ניתן יהיה להאריך זאת. בעת הצ’ק-אין נאמר לנו שיעדכנו אותנו – אך בפועל לא נעשה עדכון. ביום העזיבה, כאשר בדקנו שוב, נאמר לנו שלא ניתן להאריך כלל.
4. בלילה, לאחר שחזרנו מחגיגת יום ההולדת, גילינו שהמלון סגור ולא ניתן להיכנס אליו – מבלי שנמסר לנו כל מידע מראש בנושא. רק במקרה הצלחנו להיכנס כאשר מישהו מהלובי פתח לנו את הדלת.
5. ביקשנו חלב לקפה – אך הבקשה לא נענתה כלל.
