Pros:

התארחנו במלון עם ציפיות גבוהות, בעיקר בזכות המיתוג והשפה שהמלון משדר.

נתחיל דווקא במה שהיה מצוין – המלון מעוצב בצורה יפהפייה, מוקפדת ובעלת אופי בוטיקי אמיתי. ניכר שהושקעה מחשבה בפרטים העיצוביים, וגם חדר האוכל היה מצוין – האוכל היה טעים מאוד והשירות שקיבלנו מהצוות היה מקצועי, אדיב ונעים.

Cons:

לצד זאת, היו כמה דברים שהיו מבחינתנו בלתי נתפסים עבור מלון שממצב את עצמו ברמה כל כך גבוהה.

ראשית, בחדר לא היו מברשות שיניים או משחת שיניים. אלו פריטים בסיסיים שכיום קיימים כמעט בכל מלון ברמה הזו, והופתענו לגלות שהם אינם זמינים.

דבר נוסף שפגע מאוד בנוחות שלנו היה חדר השירותים. החלונות אמנם נראים אטומים, אך הם אינם מעניקים תחושת פרטיות אמיתית. כשאחד מבני הזוג רוצה להשתמש בשירותים, התחושה מאוד לא נעימה ומביכה. זו נקודה תכנונית שפוגעת משמעותית בחוויית השהייה.

בנוסף, אחרי יום חם במיוחד, ציפינו למצוא בחדר כמה בקבוקי מים, כפי שנהוג במלונות רבים בארץ ובעולם. באמצע הלילה, בסביבות השעה שתיים, התעוררנו צמאים מאוד ולא היה לנו אפילו בקבוק מים אחד. ניסינו ליצור קשר עם שירות החדרים שלוש פעמים, אך לא היה כל מענה. ממלון שמציג את עצמו כמלון יוקרה היינו מצפים לשירות זמין 24 שעות ביממה, במיוחד במקרים בסיסיים כאלה.

ולבסוף – נושא החניה. עבורנו זו הייתה נקודת השפל של החוויה. התשלום הנוסף עבור חניית אורחי המלון השאיר אצלנו תחושה לא טובה, ובעיניי הוא משדר מסר שלא תואם את חוויית האירוח שהמלון מבקש להעניק. אני ובעלי מתארחים במלונות רבים בארץ ובעולם, ומעולם לא נתקלנו בכך כאורחי המלון.

יצאנו בתחושה מעורבת. יש למלון פוטנציאל להיות יוצא מן הכלל, ויש בו הרבה דברים טובים, אבל דווקא כמה החלטות קטנות ושירותים בסיסיים שחסרו פגעו משמעותית בחוויה הכוללת והותירו אצלנו אכזבה.

אהבנו את החדר, הבריכה ואת ארוחת הבוקר ואת זה שאפשרו לנו להאריך את הצ'ק אווט

לא אהבתי שהוציאו אותנו מהבריכה ביום שישי בשעה 18 בערב ובעצם אילצו אותנו לחזור לחדרים למרות שהשמש הייתה בחוץ עד 20:00. גם לא ניתן להשאר לשבת באזור הבריכה. לא אהבתי שלא הייתה הופעה בשישי בערב. לא אהבנו שאחרות הערב היא מחיר קבוע של 350 ש"ח לאגם
