חוויה נהדרת.בית מלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד.מצדיק את הציון שקיבל ונחזור אליו

מלון נהדר.צוות העובדים מקסים ונתן מענה לכל בקשה ושאלה.
חדר ממש נחמד שהושקעה בו מחשבה לנוחות מירבית של האורח.
ארוחת הבוקר ממש טובה.הכל היה טעים,טרי,קפה נהדר והכל בטעם ביתי.עיסאם המנהל של חדר האוכל איש מקצועי ונחמד מאוד והצוות שלו חמוד והגיש לנו כל מה שביקשנו בתפריט שהוא בנוסף לבופה.
המיקום של המלון על יד תחנות אוטובוס לממילא,לתחנת הרכבת הישנה,לשוק מחנה יהודה.

בית הכנסת במלון.
קבלת החדר לפני הזמן.

מנת ה רושטי בארוחת בוקר היתה בלתי אכילה!
לא היה נקי מתחת למיטה. נראה שלא שאבו שם הרבה מאד זמן..
מיכל הסבון רחצה בחדר רחצה היה ריק!
חוסר מענה טלפוני כשהתקשרנו מהחדר לקבלה.
יקר יחסית למלונות אחרים באותה קטגוריה.

Not perfact, but very good in comperison to other hotels in Jerusalem
Pros:

New hotel. Beautiful design. Great location. Bed was very comfortable. No noise across the room. Very polite and helpful staff . Wonderfull exceptional breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean enough. Small damages caused by previous visitors should be fixed immediately. Items of Clarins were not included, as promised.

Cons:

שירות מתחת לכל ביקורת. נכנסו לחדר ללא סבון רחצה, היינו צריכים לבקש 3 פעמים מהקבלה כדי לקבל את הסבון.
בארוחת הבוקר חיכינו 40 דק׳ כדי לקבל את חביתה.
ביציאה מהמלון אמרנו שיצאנו מאוכזבים, קיבלנו בקבוק תרמי ״כפיצוי״. אין ספק שלא נחזור בעתיד.
