הגענו לחגוג יום הולדת לאשתי והחוויה הייתה מאוד לא טובה ופגעה בכל התכנון שלנו כולל ביטולי פגישת הפתעה לאורחים שבאו מצפון הארץ בגלל תקלות בחדר ובמלון. לא הייתה כתובת או גורם שניתן היה לפנות אליו. כל הניסיונות לשוחח עם מישהו משך כל השהות נכשלו. פשוט התעלמו. שירות חוץ מארוחת הבוקר מתחת לכל ביקורת.
תחזוקת החדרים לא טובה.
אין מענה מפקיד הקבלה ועד המנכ״לית.
הייתי בעשרות מלונות ברמת חמישה כוכבים בארץ ובחול ומעולם לא נתקלתי ברמת טיפול ושירות ללקוח גרועים כל כך.
