Pros:

Breakfast was very good, parking was very good, location was very good. Service was very good.

Cons:

Housekeeping services could have been better - no hand soap, no hand towels, no replacement of used glasses.

Cons:

הכוסות בחדר היו מלאות באבק. בחדר היה חסר מייבש שיער.
בארוחת הבוקר היה רק סוג אחד של לחם והאופציות לשתיה חמה היו מאוד מצומצמות (לא היה נס קפה מגורען, שוקו וכו').

Nous recommandons vivement cet hotel, très agréable
Pros:

Cet hotel possède de nombreuses qualités: il est bien situé, calme, très agréable, d'une propreté remarquable, les équipements sont parfaitement entretenus.
Nous y avons séjourné deux nuits
Nous en sommes très satisfaits

Cons:

Le petit dej' : des efforts sont à faire

Le personnel baisse les prestations de l’hôtel !
Pros:

L’emplacement en face du théâtre le confort et les équipements très bon standing et le petit déjeuner très correct pour un boutique hôtel
Le parking est grand et très accessible

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas attentif au clients et le ménage est très superficiel. Il manque un manager C’est à mon sens ce qui dessert le standing de l’hôtel.

Not horrible, but also not good, service not good enough and for this price it's REALLY not enough.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, location is good and the building and surroundings are cool

Cons:

It's not like it's a horrible hotel or anything like that, but it's just "meh" and not good enough - we asked for a massage and the spa said they will get back to us - never did. We asked for a late check-out (paid, not for free) and never heard from them. Some things in the room where not 100% clean... again, nothing horrible but this is an expensive hotel - for that price it REALLY not good enough.
