5 min walking distance to Masjid Nawabi, but rooms are too squeezy for 4 people we were.

Dirty beds and bed sheets dirty carpet felt like sleeping on trash…not worth staying this dirty place

Not that great when it comes to hotel itself. Not worth the price. But the location is very convenient. Close to restaurants and masjid nabawi is a 10min walk. There customer service is good but the lack of cleanliness and amenities is the cause of it’s downfall. No towel…

Väldigt väldigt missnöjd. Borde inte vara tillåtet att ha detta boende som alternativ på Hotels. Jag försökte stänga av AC:n som var på full kyla och full styrka men det gick inte. Försökte byta rum men fick inte av personalen, väldigt otrevlig receptionist som skriker åt sina medarbetare. Jag önskar ha mina pengar tillbaka. Det enda som var bra att det var nära till moskén.

The worst hotel in my life, after traveling to 12 countries. No service, receptionist/manager was shouting like an animal on all guest. Very dirty, the poop wouldn’t pass in the WC and they would tell you to wait until next day they call someone from outside for maintenance since they don’t have it in-house. Although it’s cheap but one shouldn’t even choose if it’s free. Please don’t ruin your soulful trip by staying here.

Accommodation facilities were not good compared to expenses, service was very poor and receptionist was not available most of the time and hotel furniture looks old

فندق جميل وهادئ وقريب من الحرم النبوي. staff محترم ومتعاون جدا خصوصا ا.ابراهيم مدير الفندق الذي حل لي مشكله في تواريخ الحجز وكان متواجد طوال الوقت لتلبيه احتياج النزلاء. تجربه ممتازه وان شاء الله تتكرر
