الفندق ممتاز و النظيف و يجب و الفطر كام جيد يجب عليهم تطوير الافطار و تنوعه اكثر

Excellent Stay.
Pros:

Clean and lovely hotel in a great location. Only 5 mins to Masjid Al Haram. They also serve a decent breakfast.

Cons:

Only slight downside is they don’t offer transport to Masjid Al Haram despite it being mentioned in the reviews.

Excellent staff and very good breakfast
Pros:

It’s a quick 5 minute taxi drive from the haram

Cons:

I wasn’t aware that they suspended the free shuttle service to the haram in preparation for the hajj period. That meant we had to pay for a taxi. However the cheaper hotel rate & excellent service from staff made up this unforeseen issue.

Hotel shld provide a shuttle bus to Haram at all times .
Pros:

House keeping were good .Good breakfast options .fast check in & out .

Cons:

Lack of shuttle bus to Haram as it's a bit far from Haram .I booked thinking they had a shuttle bus but unfortunately they didn't .that's a major setback .
