I had a very great time.. the receptionist call, Jahad was very helpful in all ways and forms. His clients orientation skills marvelous. Another receptionist call Hassan he was also good. They both are very professional in their approach

Hôtel propre. Literie confortable. Bus gratuit jour et nuit en face de l’hôtel. Trajet jusqu’au masjid el haram en 2 min.

Seems like the Room was not ready and cleaned properly before the check in.
Safe was not working and asked them to fixed it after the check in and I had to wait for it.

Then found small hairs around the sink everywhere and was disgusting.
Had to go for Umrah and when came back had to request them to clean it.

Lift are not smart and only 2 lift connected with one call system and the third lift work own it on. So lift stops on almost all floors when busy.

Shuttle service is available but not that frequent. Roughly after every 30 minutes.

WiFi is slow at peak time.

The hotel is very clean and perfect for those going to Makkah however you do need to take a taxi to Al Haram which can cost you between £4-£6 each way so it’s a fair distance. The did not clean the room when we stayed which was a let down even after putting a request. There is few shops around to help with local groceries but nothing fancy. Overall a good hotel 4/5. There is a bus stop which takes you around but remember to download the Makkah Bus app prior to travelling.

Otel yeni bir otel olduğu için çok güzel. Otelde bazı katlarda çamaşır makinesi var. Uzun süreki konaklamalar için ideal

Après avoir passé cinq jours à l’hôtel, j’ai parlé avec le réceptionniste pour lui demander de laisser mon sac dans les consignes, en expliquant que j’avais une autre réservation après-demain, donc pour un autre jour. Il m’a répondu que cela ne posait aucun problème.

Après avoir terminé les formalités de départ, j’ai trouvé un autre employé et je lui ai dit que je laisserai mon sac pour une journée. Il a refusé, disant que les consignes étaient disponibles uniquement pour quelques heures et non pour une journée entière.

J’étais très déçu par le manque de compréhension et de coordination entre les employés. Cet employé n’a pas souri, et son ton était sec et rude, contrairement à l’autre employé, Fawaz, qui était toujours souriant, bienveillant, et avait un mot gentil pour chaque client.
