Pros:

Localização excelente, amplo espaço na sala e cozinha, guarda-roupas de bom tamanho e facilidade para entrar no apartamento através de senhas. Elevador no prédio.

Cons:

O quarto de casal é um pouco desconfortável para duas pessoas devido à disposição dos móveis, as malas tiveram que ficar na sala, e principalmente pelo fato de o banheiro não ter muita privacidade - a pia fica do lado fora do banheiro na lateral do quarto e o restante é separado por um vidro fosco.
O quarto de solteiro é melhor planejado.
De qualquer forma, valeu a estadia!

Cons:

Solicité al alojamiento la factura de mi estancia, ya que viajé por un motivo médico y la necesitaba para tramitar un reembolso. El personal me informó que no podían emitirla por ser extranjera, lo cual es incorrecto. También la solicité a través de Booking, pero tampoco lograron obtenerla, aun cuando por ley el establecimiento está obligado a emitir factura si cobra IVA, sin importar la nacionalidad del huésped. Esta negativa me generó un problema, ya que la factura era indispensable para mi trámite.

Amplio departamento, excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Gran ubicación, camas cómodas, amplio departamento, TV con varios canales, cocina completa y con todo lo necesario.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación matrimonial muy poca privacidad al ser todo de vidrio, tenía que ocupar el baño chico para no incomodar a mi señora. El wifii muy malo, se caía a cada rato y había que conectarse con el wifii de los otros departamentos, vinieron los técnicos y finalmente quedó igual. Algunas noches hubo ruido en los departamentos de más arriba hasta altas horas de la madrugada.

Die Lage ist super- 3 Metrolinien und viele Busse gleich nebenan. Unzählige Restaurants und Läden in der Nähe. Das Appartement hat zwei Bäder mit Toilette in den Schlafzimmern und eine Toilette zwischen Küche und Esszimmer. Die Zimmer haben alle einen Rolladen. Aufzug.

Cons:

Es gab nur einen Wasserkocher- keine Kanne oder Kaffeemaschine . Ebenso fehlte ein Brett zum Schneiden. Die Verwaltung hat zwar nach unseren Wünschen gefragt, dann aber nichts getan. Es fehlen die Bedienungsanleitungen der Heizung, Microwelle, Waschmaschine. Bei der Fußboden- Klimaanlage kann man die Solltemperatur einstellen, die dann nach mehreren Stunden erreicht wird.

الموقع في مكان حيوي جدا بالقرب من شارع غران فيا وتحت مطاعم وبقالات ومحطات القطار وايضا الباصات اجمل مافي الشقة النوافذ الكبيرة .
الطاقم العاملين خدومين والتواصل السريع .

Purtroppo sono stato costretto a cambiare struttura,sono rimasto due ore e più senza riuscire ad accedere.L’assistenza si è presa gioco di me,e ogni 5 minuti mi scriveva che avrebbero risolto il problema ma invece non è stato così, mi dispiace fare una recensione negativa perchè non sono solito ma non ci sono scusanti,per fortuna sono riuscito a trovare una camera in un hotel vicino altrimenti avrei passato la notte senza una camera.Pessima l’organizzazione,la mia recensione non riguarda la struttura e le camere perché non ho soggiornato.

Excelente departamento en el centro de Madrid
Pros:

Nos dieron todos los instrumentos para estar en la casa, muy cómoda. Cerca de la estación de tren. Nos arreglaron el internet. Buen apoyo y hay varias plataformas de streaming. Volvería a ir. Muy limpio todo.

Cons:

Aprecio todo, tal vez podrían dejar más shampoo y jabón además de papel higiénico y toallas. También apreciaría que reforzaran la seguridad en la entrada siempre la encontraba abierta y tenía miedo de robo. Faltó un carte afuera para ubicar el departamento.

Two points for improvement:
1. We stayed in the apartment in November, and the heating was not sufficient.
2. We received the apartment access code in advance, but not the building entrance code. Make sure you have both codes ahead of time.

Great location.
Pros:

Very convenient location. It’s within walking distance to the royal palace and old town area. Lots of restaurants. The apartment is recently upgraded completely.

Cons:

The upgrade seems nicely done but it wasn’t maintained to its original quality. Or the upgrade wasn’t thoughtful enough. The floor in the bathroom started to wear out by water damage. Saying that everything is functional.
