Poor Hospitality!
Pros:

It was clean and, as mentioned, a 5-star hotel.

Cons:

Given the current situation in the Middle East, all flight times were changed, and we arrived at least one night ahead of our booking. The problem is that I had communicated with the hotel and informed them about the issues, and they told me to come, and they would make some arrangements. Unfortunately, once I arrived, their hospitality was very poor, and I had to go and look for another hotel to stay.
