Pros:

Not too bad, average room, badly structured-engineered tho. Room felt awkward, toilet outdated. Breakfast was a total battlefield. Staff was nice and friendly all the way.

Cons:

Rooms partial view should be relabled into 'barely a view', breakfast diner area was a battlefield, they should have a firm control or a better sturcture for order. If not then force dine in-your-room rule on all guests. Then they had this basic mad setup of not serving anything at the lobby until late afternoon. Merely water only was presented. I was expecting a basic arabic coffee at all times with few dates for energy. Since all guests are here for the heavy duty of going for the Umrah, serving arabic coffee wirh dates should be second nature. Inconsiderate, unprofessional management. First and last stay with Jumeirah hotels.

Divan boravak i lijepo sjecanje
Pros:

Sve je bilo vise nego uredno od lokacije komocije cistoce usluge prijatnog osoblja. Sve zahtjeve koje smo imali su bili ispunjeni. Preporucujem bivanje u ovom objektu. Cijena odgovarajuca. Bogat dorucak sa veoma dobrom uslugom.

Konumu iyi. Yataklar rahat

Cons:

3 kişilik oda sakın almayın. 2 kişilik odaya ek yatak sığdırmaya çalışıyorlar. İki saat resepsiyondaki anlayış çalışanlar bunun tartışmasını yaşadım.
Yemekler çeşitli ama lezzetti değil. Kesinlikle akşam yemeği parasını hak etmiyor. Kahvaltısı güzel.

Exceptional hospitality, breakfast is a must try and worth it, location is amazing
Pros:

Their hospitality is exceptional. We have been greeted with flowers for my wife and also in our room with special decorations to celebrate our start of our honeymoon. All was a surprise and complementary without doing any special arrangements. In addition, i have requested a different room which they have accommodated with exceptional views of the haram.
