Nothing!!! You Cancel my PLACE??? Notice that i make order to pay on property !!!??? I face alot of problems !!!! My Family member was very tired and no place to resr ??? You let the hotel staff to kick up out the HOTEL???????
I never been heart broken in this painfull status!!!!
After thos we went out side the streeet asking taxi driver to get us back to airport?? And there was no fly????? We go back to makkah area searching for room after Booking Cancel our reservation without knowing any reason!!!!!!! Finally, we found a mini hotel just to take a rest. We spend 8 hours on the street. Just looking for some place to stay the fly. There is no-fly at this time. I was very, very disappointment. This move, and this action was so bad, not a good thing to do to a person that have hearts and kidney problems. I have cancer. I have a little time to live. So I came to umre but you never let the Omara be with it, we didn't do anything, no Umra, no hotel, no rest finally. Soon I will be restonbies. I will be long gone to god when god will do you.I hate you booking.This is no good!!!!! Im sad💔😔
There suddenly cancellation.Why you cancel our booking?We mentioned that we will bay after we arrive.So it only maybe 4 hours from our booking, until we come to makkah .. from the airport to the hotel, maybe 3 hours we arrive. There is no place for us. You booking cancel our reservation without any further notice. I don't know why you do this. This is no good. I'm so sad from this. You broke my heart. Thanks, God for karma. Something bad will happen to you booking. I'm so sad because if you we didn't do anything except crying disappointment. Wasting time on the street, just to point a place to stay no good !!!💔😔
