تجربتي في الفندق كانت جيدة بشكل عام. الموظفين كانوا متعاونين جدًا، وخصوصًا الموظفة اللي سوت لي ال check in (للأسف ما أعرف اسمها)، وكانت لطيفة وقدمت لي وجبة عشاء مجانية، وكانت حركة جميلة منها.
الغرف نظيفة ومريحة، وأنا كنت حاجزة على إطلالة كاملة على الحرم، لكن للأسف الديكور عند الإطلالة كان غير موفق وخرب شوي من جمال المنظر.
بوفيه الفطور كان حلو ومتنوع. بالنسبة للموقع، اللي متعود على قرب فندق دار التوحيد ممكن يحس بالفرق.
ملاحظة بسيطة: واجهت تأخير شوي في الرد على الاتصالات بشكل عام.
بشكل عام، كنت متوقعة يكون أفخم أكثر لأنه من سلسلة فنادق جميرا، لكن تبقى تجربة جيدة.

Don’t book on West tower .لا تحجز في البرج الغربي!! الشرقي افضل

الموظفين جيدين و متعاونين خاصة الإستقبال و التنظيف.

المصاعد تصل بسرعة .

الأسرة مريحة .

المكان نظيف .

خيارات الفطور متنوعة و حلوة تناسب جميع الأذواق.

سوبرماركت اللولو تحت الفندق مباشرة و يوجد محلات مثل المصباح و اللولو و الشرقية و محلات اخرى للهدايا و الملابس.

لا 🚫👎تحجز في البرج الغربي،،don’t book on West tower
خاصة إذا معكم كبار السن
لأنه المكان بعيد حتى بالعربانات
و الطريق غير معبد/ مجهز للعربانات .

خدمات البرج الشرقي افضل من مصلى و مطعم و إطلالة على الحرم.

إضاءة الغرف سيئة 😐،معتمة حتى فالنهار .

الغرف المطلة على المدينة ، تكون مطلة على الأبراج الثانية و هناك أعمال بناء 🚧.

ريحة الطبخ من المطعم تعلق فالثياب ، خلوا ملابس بس للمطعم .

الفندق بعيد عن السوق و المطاعم ، مع انه فيه سوق تحت و لكن للسيدات الخيارات في الأماكن الثانية أفضل.

القهاوي في الأماكن الأخرى أفضل ، ستاربكس طاح سوقه.

خدمة ضيافة القهوة في اللوبي فقط من الساعة 2مً إلى 5م
و إذا وصلت متأخر من المطار و محتاج قهوة لازم تطلع برع تاخذ قهوة. ☕️
وين كرم الضيافة ؟ في الفنادق الثانية دايماً موجودة الدلة.

جميل وقرب جداً للحرم

تأخر اجراءات الدخول كنت حاجز غرفتين استلم الغرفة الاولي الساعة 5 والعرفة الثانية الساعة 7 بعد المغرب !!!!

The view of the room was so disappointing, eve though we booked Haram view, the view was on Makkah company and not the Haram, we were barely can see the outdoor area of the Haram.
