Pros:

The check-in process was smooth. However, during my stay, I needed assistance and approached the reception where three staff members were present, but I felt completely ignored, as if I were invisible.The concierge who helped me big thanks to Mozamel.
At check-out, I was informed that they could not return the remaining balance of my deposit because they did not have enough cash available. The staff member appeared embarrassed and assured me that someone would contact me to arrange the refund. As I was heading to the airport and did not want to miss my flight, I provided my bank account details for the transfer unfortunately, to date ( my check out was 12Feb)i have not been contacted and the refund has still not been received. This experience was disappointing and has negatively impact my overall experience 😏

Nice stay for solo trip.
Pros:

Very central, staff were polite. Room was clean. Spa facilities were great.

Cons:

The AC made the room very cold, hard to adjust.
