A nice stay but will try elsewhere next time
Pros:

Excellent breakfast.
The thermal room in the spa was lovely.

Cons:

Bed wasn’t made up for my children on arrival and I had to ask to get it done.
The package said there was lounge access but there is currently no lounge.
Teenagers with phones (male) should not be allowed in the spa without supervision especially during ladies hours.
