The hotel is great. The room is small, but in great condition. The area around the ND the hotel has no nearby grocery nor restaurant, so you have to have access to delivery application for even small thing you might need
Nice staff and a value hotel.
There is a nice rooftop swimming pool.
It is close to shopping. Right next door is a big grocery store.
Very clean and professional
Very lovely and easy access to anywhere in the city
Receptionist was rude as he could be yelling and screaming and advising that if I can go on google reviews and write down 7 sentences and that he doesn’t care about guests refusing to give a receipt
BE AWARE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY IN MEDINA there’s bunch of great hotels in the city
So
This hotel met my expectations and I'm very glad the service they provide.
Beautiful hotel
Their staff couldn't speak English out of all of the shifts one person could speak English and every time we asked for something they would always say no was not helpful at all
The hotel doesn’t have restaurant. Poor services, Although the staff was fair.
Thanks for the hospitality
Terrible I was sent to another branch which is not advertised on Expedia. When I got to the original branch they sent me to the smaller branch they said it’s expedias issue. There was no shuttle there so after complaining that online Expedia states I booked the branch that had a shuttle after 1 night they sent me back to original branch. The hotel was clean but again their service was terrible. The shuttle never turned up from the mosque I waited 45 mins ended up getting a taxi back to hotel. Room service was awful no rooms were cleaned. I will be complaining to Expedia as false information is advertised about the hotel. I would never stay in this hotel again it was awful not even 4 star I’d say it’s worse than 2 star hotel. Please don’t book this hotel
Review for The Season Hotel – Decent but Not Ideal for Proximity
I recently stayed at The Season Hotel in Madinah. It’s an average 3-star hotel, but the location isn’t great if you want easy access to Masjid Al-Nabawi. The hotel is not within walking distance, so you’ll need to take a taxi, which costs around 15-20 SAR per trip. There are also no restaurants nearby, making dining options inconvenient.
Another downside is the noise from the highway, as passing cars can be heard from the rooms. While the hotel is cheaper compared to those directly in front of the mosque, the added cost of transportation makes the savings less significant.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option and don’t mind taking taxis, this hotel could work. But if you prefer to be within walking distance of Masjid Al-Nabawi with easier access to restaurants, you may want to consider staying closer.
The guys in reception very helpful and nice.
The hotel itself was new and modern. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bellhops or especially friendly and helpful. Other than that really no service help. If you don't have a local phone number, you can't get food delivered. There is no restaurant on premises.Maybe still under construction. No bathrobe as promised. No shuttle to and from the holy mosque. As promised. No laundry facility on site.As stated on website. Lots of construction going on, so air quality is very bad. Even though we were in a non smoking hotel and or room, the person next to us kept smoking and we had to keep putting in several complaints. Really not much around the area, because it's all under construction. But overall, if you need a nice place to sleep, that is clean and modern. I would say mainly for single guys in that family.
الفندق مرتب ونظيف و الموظفين متعاونين جدا و اسلوبهم حلو في التعامل
Nice quite place - but a bit far from the city centre, but private transports were cheap. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
This hotel is quite a bit far from masjid nabwi. But it’s a nice small hotel. Staff is friendly. This hotel doesn’t offer breakfast so please make sure you give your self enough time to get food.
If distance is not a problem. Might be a good option
The staff was very respectful and guided us. We were running late for Jummah Salah and the front desk staff got us a taxi and even paid for it. I don’t know his name but Jazak Allah for helping us make it out there on time.
I definitely would love to come back to stay here
