جميل جدا مقابل القيمة
Pros:

كانت إقامتنا في فندق شذا ريجنسي بلازا بالمدينة المنورة جميلة ومريحة جدًا، والفندق يُعتبر من الخيارات الممتازة مقارنة بسعره وفئته (3 نجوم).

حجزنا غرفة رباعية بمساحة 35 مترًا مربعًا، وكانت الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة ومساحتها مناسبة، ومستوى النظافة والاهتمام بالغرف جيد جدًا.

أبرز المميزات:

• الموقع: موقع الفندق ممتاز ويعتبر ب المنطقه المركزيه للمسجد النبوي الشريف، حيث يستغرق المشي من باب الفندق إلى باب الملك فهد في المسجد النبوي حوالي 5 إلى 6 دقائق فقط."يعتبر من ابعد الفنادق لاكن مقابل السعر جداً جميل " حيث مقارنة ب الاسعار للفنادق الثانيه قيمه الحجز اقل بنسبه 60٪؜-70٪؜

• الغرف والنظافة: الغرف نظيفة ومرتبة، والإقامة كانت مريحة، ومستوى الغرف ممتاز مقارنة بالسعر.

• اللوبي: يوجد لوبي جميل ومرتب، ويضم كوستا كوفي (Costa Coffee)، وهي إضافة جميلة للنزلاء.

• مواقف السيارات: تتوفر مواقف مجانية للسيارات حسب التوفر، ويبلغ عددها تقريبًا من 40 إلى 50 موقفًا، وهذه ميزة مهمة جدًا في المنطقة المركزية بالقرب من الحرم النبوي.

• الخدمة والتعامل: تعامل العاملين في الفندق جيد جدًا، وأحب أن أوجه شكرًا خاصًا للأستاذ محمد راج والأستاذ دلال ميا على حسن التعامل والاحترام والتعاون والاهتمام بالنزلاء. أشخاص يستحقون الشكر والتقدير، وأتمنى من إدارة الفندق تقدير جهودهم.

بشكل عام: الفندق يقدم تجربة إقامة جميلة ومريحة، ويتميز بموقعه القريب من المسجد النبوي، ونظافة الغرف، وتوفر المواقف المجانية حسب التوفر، والأهم أن سعره مناسب جدًا مقارنة بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة.

أنصح بالفندق لكل من يبحث عن إقامة نظيفة ومريحة وقريبة من المسجد النبوي بسعر مناسب، وبإذن الله تتكرر الزيارة.

من الملاحظات التي أتمنى تحسينها مستقبلًا أن الأسِرّة لم تكن مريحة بالشكل المطلوب، بالإضافة إلى أن شاشات التلفزيون صغيرة نسبيًا، ويُفضّل توفير شاشات بحجم أكبر لتحسين تجربة النزلاء.

وبشكل عام، هذه الملاحظات لا تقلل من جودة التجربة، وكانت الإقامة جميلة وموفقة مقارنة بالسعر.

I had a wonderful stay at Shaza Regency Plaza Hotel in Madinah. The hotel staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The hospitality was excellent, and I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay.

Very clean very convenient to the very short walking distance less than a five minutes close to all the restaurants food markets everything is nearby

There are one person at reception his name is Khaled very unprofessional. He needs to learn Customer Service.

Great value for money, and a great location.
Pros:

The location is great; especially given the price we booked it for. The mosque is only a 5-minute walk, and the entrance is directly on a main road (easier for check-in, check-out and any other trips within Madinah.

Cons:

Most of the things were ok, and I do not have a major complain.

Value for money
Pros:

The room and location were excellent. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very elaborate and tasty as well.
But the parking space is a bit cramped, and I guess nothing can be done about this problem. On the first day of arrival, I did not find any parking space, as it was all full. I could park my car the next day. The security guard was very helpful in this regard.

Cons:

Nothing as such.
Except for the parking space, everything else was good.
