A memorable stay with excellent staff and hospitality. Room for improvement in parking Management
Pros:

Location:
The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient.

Staff:
The staff, especially the housekeeping team, were outstanding. A special mention goes to Mr. Maheboob and Mr. Suman, who were exceptional in their work—highly customer-focused, polite, and hardworking. Shaza deserves appreciation for hiring such dedicated individuals.

Hospitality:
The overall hospitality was commendable. On the occasion of Eid, the hotel provided thoughtful refreshments, and daily post-Dhuhr drinks were offered, which was especially refreshing during the summer days.

Breakfast:
The breakfast was very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Dining Options Nearby:
There are numerous restaurants located close to the hotel, making it convenient for lunch and dinner without any concerns.

Cons:

Parking Management:

The parking management needs significant improvement. During my stay (both day and night), I was unable to secure a parking space due to high demand during the Eid season. Despite following up multiple times over 2–3 days, no parking was provided.

Although the reception team noted my room number and assured me, they would inform me when a space became available, I was not notified. On my final day, I was informed that parking was still full; however, I later understood that spaces had been allocated to other vehicles.

I strongly recommend that Shaza implement a clear and fair parking allocation system, such as a first-come, first-served basis, to ensure transparency and better guest experience.

تجربة إقامة راقية تجاوزت التوقعات، عكست جودة الخدمة وكرم الضيافة والحرص على راحة النزلاء.
Pros:

أعجبني في الفندق حسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة والاهتمام الحقيقي براحة النزلاء. كان السعر مناسبًا جدًا مقارنةً بالموقع المميز والقرب من الحرم، مما جعل الإقامة مريحة وسهلة.

كما أسعدني تقديم الضيافة بعد صلاة العيد، والضيافة الموجودة داخل الغرفة، إضافة إلى المناشف المنعشة المبللة في الاستقبال خلال فترة الظهيرة، وهي لمسات راقية تعكس اهتمام الفندق بالتفاصيل.

وقد قمت بحجز غرفة ثلاثية وتم منحي غرفة رباعية، كما استجاب الفريق مشكورًا لطلبي بتوفير غرفة ذات تهوية جيدة مراعاةً لظروفي الصحية ومعاناتي مع الربو، وهو أمر أقدّره كثيرًا وأشعرني بالاهتمام والحرص على راحة النزيل.

تجربة مميزة تجاوزت توقعاتي، وأشكر جميع العاملين على حسن التعامل والاحترافية وكرم الضيافة

بشكل عام كانت إقامتي جميلة ومريحة، والملاحظات التالية أذكرها من باب التطوير فقط.

أولًا، واجهت صعوبة في الحصول على موقف للسيارة في يوم عرفة، مما اضطرني إلى إيقافها في مزايا مول والعودة سيرًا على الأقدام. أتمنى دراسة حلول إضافية لموضوع المواقف خلال المواسم والأيام التي تشهد كثافة عالية من الزوار.

أما الإفطار، فأرى أنه أقل من المستوى الذي يقدمه الفندق في بقية جوانب الخدمة. لم أجد تنوعًا يناسب رغبتي واكتفيت بالجبن والحلاوة والزيتون. وأتمنى تطوير قائمة الإفطار وإثراء خياراتها بشكل أكبر، لأن الفندق مميز فعلًا ويستحق أن تكون تجربة الإفطار بمستوى بقية الخدمات الممتازة التي يقدمها.

فندق جيد جدا و نظيف و متعاون عدا بعض النقاط تحتاج التغيير منهم 🤍👌.
Pros:

1- القرب المكان قريب من الحرم مكانه جيد جداً اغلب المرافق قريبه منه
2-التعامل عند غالب الطاقم الفندق طيب و متعاون محترمين جدا .
3-الفندق واسع في الاستقبال و يوجد الكثير من المصاعد 👌و قريبه من الغرف و نظافه الفندق جدا ممتازه 👍.
مجملاً 8/10

Cons:

اولاً سلبيه المواقف جدا قليل على عدد الزوار اطر توقف بعديد جدا و ارجع لم احصل على فرصه في المواقف ابداً.
ثانياً الغرفه ضيقه قليلاً (الثلاثيه تحديداً)
ثالثاً خيارات البوفيه قليل في عدد الأصناف لكن كثيره في صنف الحلا والخباز فقط .
لو كنت جا بسياره لازم تكون ماخذ احتياطك في المواقف هي السلبيه الأبرز بقيت السلبيات نسبيه حسب البعض ما بتأثر. كثير على التجربه 👍

Exceptional Services
Pros:

Nice and peaceful place to live near Haram. Services provided by the Hotel were exceptional especially Housekeeping Staff to include Md Emon Sheikh and Iqbal Hossain. Also the bellman Emon Tafajoll was very proactive and helpful.
Will surely stay again on my next visit.

الموقع قريب وعلى شارع عام يسهل الخروج والوصول اليه تعامل الموظفين راقي

دورات المياه تحتاج إلى اعادة صيانة الشطافات والمرش وكذلك البلاط ويوجد رائحة كريهة والفطور غير متنوع ويعتمدوا كثيرا على المعلبات
