Alhamdulilah pleasant stay
Pros:

We loved the location and it was so peaceful
We were met by wonderful staff
Particularly ( Shorab and Gias) they were always ready to help with room service or queries we had day or night.

Cons:

Nothing to mention apart from more breakfast options from people from the Uk

Pros:

It was clean, staff were prompt always asked if anythung else was needed

Cons:

The fact that there was no function to turn off the TV. And the room was dull. Main light was flickering eveb though I reported it twice

This has become a family place for us, convenient, good sleep, ideally located and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Hotel located close enough to the Haram, which was helpful. It is surrounded by shops, but more importantly restaurants and a local pharmacy (which definitely helped us, pharmacist spoke fluent English and genuinely helpful!) All walking distance and loads of sides streets to lead you in and out of the Haram masjid.
Staff are genuinely helpful, ESPECIALLY team lead Amani in the hospitality front desk. She catered to all our needs and checking on our stay. Very efficient, professional, customer services at it's highest. We normally stay in 5 star hotels, but since we discovered this little gem it has been very satisfactory to focus on our purpose of being in Medina, for our pilgrimage. Amani treats you and welcomes you with hospitality of a 5 star hotel. The house keeping team, hotel services, porters and restaurant staff are fantastic. Always ready to provide a service with a smile. Good quality food provided in their restaurants too. In terms of location, if you cut through the main shopping centre - Taiba Centre, you can walk straight into women and children's prayer area. Gate 330-331. Very handy if running late and convenient to pray outside.

Cons:

This is not the hotels fault, but the way the roads and traffic system have been designed. The area is being significantly being redeveloped. Taxis / transport sometimes are reluctant to pick you up or to drop you back at the hotel due to the location on the main road, during peak hours/prayer times. Please select the times you go out for ziyarah or a visit of nearby/distant places. Ensure you have a picture of the map of where the Haram masjid is, in order for you to be able to navigate. Very easy and straight forward. Bit of forward planning if you have children or people who struggle with walking.

طاقم الغرف كان ممتاز و متعاون ويلبي اي طلب بسرعة خصوصا حسين رياض ومشرف كانوا ودودين جدا والغرف كانت نظيفة ومساحتها جيدة والمكان قريب إلى الحرم

الاستقبال لم يكن متعاون واعطوني غرفتين بعيدين عن بعض وربما معذورين بسبب الزحام ولكن كان يجب حجز غرفتين متجاورتين من البداية

المكان حلو ونظيف والموظفين خدومين

السعر لم يعجبني الغرف غاليه جداً وحجم الغرفه جداً صغيره لا تستطيع ان تتحرك بسهوله
ايضاً البانيو بالحمام اتمنى الغاءه حيث انه ليس له فائده ويسبب عرقله اثنا الاستحمام
