We received excellent and speedy service when checking in to the hotel from SHAHAD.She was also very friendly and helpful.
The staff here are incredibly welcoming, with a special shout-out to Mohannad at the check-in desk for his exceptional service. The Suhoor was a highlight—truly delicious and well-prepared. Overall, the hotel maintains a very high standard of cleanliness throughout.
The cost is significant, but that is to be expected for any hotel situated within walking distance of the Masjid an-Nabawi.
bell boy staff was good to give extra help to hail taxi for us. Didnt get his name.
The reception should have a line system. put the barriers stand so that people can wait fortheir turn in line.
Everyone 3 to 4 people just went to the counter and asked their request about their room while the lady staff was still addressing my issue. She was so good to still entertain everyone but she looked exhausted. Should let everyone take their turn in line just like other hotels.
