Thanks to hotel stuffs, the hotel is Clean.Only downside slightly far (not walking distance).But Alhamdulliah they provided free bus service during all salah/prayers in ramadan takes only 5-7 minutes to reach masjid nabwi (haram).

Worst experience, no internet service, bad furniture of room and broken, no comfortable beds, worse breakfast, no sitting place at breakfast and no variety of food, also it’s not near to Masjid nabwi, you have to walk approx 40 minutes to mosque, not worth of paying that much amount with these conditions, hotel have to seriously improve the internet services and overall make the experience of guest better.

Hotel was very dirty and no amenities at all. Please don’t stay here even they offer you to stay for free

Décevant. Chambre très sale surtout dans les murs il y avait des crotte de nez, des coloriage, saleté, rideaux cassé, des Cafards, lits très inconfortables !!! Une aberration totale surtout que j'ai payé 70 euros la nuitée. Ils ont fini par nous changer de chambre qui était moyenne.
Navette mal organisé. Un petit vanne pour tous l'hôtel. Premier monté qui part. Et pour le retour il faut courir direct après la prière pour avoir une place.

I wouldn’t say it is a hotel, it is more of furnished apartments. Front desk was responsive and resolved every issue we had. However, the room and building conditions needs a lot if work

Hotel not suitable for tourist as its no where near the Prophets PBUH Masjid.

There nothing near by at all

Property needs a lot of refurbishment. Reception area smells bad. First impression was bad for us. Staff spoke no english. Everything was ancient. No standards.

First of all The Property wasnt at the location showing on the map.
Staff was very unhelpful

First property did not situated at Google location. It was 3 km way from Haram.
The room they gave me was not prepared. Three single bed in one room insted of one queen bedroom.. Don't be mislead for location.

When I Booked the hotel it showed on the map it's just a few minutes walk from the Mosque but it was 3.5 Km from the mosque. I asked for a refund but they refused as they cheated about the location i should received a full refund. never this hotel again.

Customer service was not good.

The property is not the same in the location that shows me on the app. It’s in the different location.

Even after reading bad reviews, I decided to give it a chance.
The location shown on expedia is Wrong, it is not near the Haram.
No cleanliness.
Fortunately no bed bugs, just abundance of
roaches.
Aside from the 1 nice staff person (Allah give him Jaza) everyone is very mean.

The room has very basic essentials, not that clean even bed linens. Requires lot of maintenance. TV not working, water leak in the bathroom, windows not closing properly which bring traffic noise inside the room. 4 km away from Al Masjid Al Nabawi (30 min walk).
No shuttle is available to and from Al Haram
In general doesn't worth the amount paid

Absolute nightmare wouldn't even stay here if they paid me too this place is nasty the worker was spraying perfume as we walked in the room to mask the smell after the perfume was gone it revealed unbearable smells and furniture is all stained mosquitos inside as windows were all open with no nets staff is extremely rude at the counter and gives you all you need to know which is run.
