Unfortunately little far from the mosque not walkable. We had issues with hot water but we didn’t bring it up to the management because we hardly stay in the room we spent most of our time in Haram.The room was spacious and the air conditioning was working properly. The staff are very good. Overall great 😊

I was safe and clean, but the breakfast items were so poor

The property was clean, but the rooms were not cleaned; you asked the front desk. There was zero customer service. Some staff were playing on their phones while you were talking to them. The hotel is far away from Haram; the hotel offers a shuttle bus, which either leaves early or comes late.
Breakfast is the same every day, and there are limited choices.

Franchement tres beau sejour. Les chambres sont propre et tres spacieuses. La chose a améliorer cest le petit dejeuner un peu limite mais bon voila . On en a pour notre argent. Le frere a la reception est tres gentil. Pour la distance du haram il y a une navette a des heures bien precise. Si vous rater la navette , soit le taxi soit le 11. Le 11 cest les jambes. Environ 25 minute en marchant bien. Il faut etre en forme. Voila. Sinon franchement piir les petits budgets il est vraiment sympa. Je n'hesiterai pas a le reprendre.

Our stay was just okay, staff was friendly and tried to help but there was no towels in the bathroom and my husband was in the shower I call ed three times and then ended up giving hi ehram, the location was not good it seems close only 2 kilometers away from Haram but taxi drivers don’t know the location and charge a lot to and from the prophet mosque, so if I am going for religious reasons then I wouldn’t recommend
