Yetersiz asansör hizmeti
Pros:

Tesisin mescidi nebeviye yakın olması ve çalışanların ihtiyaçlara hızlı cevap verebilmesi güzeldi.

Cons:

Asansörler yetersiz, beklemeden asansöre binmek imkansız, genel itibari ile bulunduğum 3 kat olduğu için merdivenleri kullanmam daha hızlı oluyordu, ramazan olması sebebi biraz yorucu geçti. Normal şartlarda çok yormaz.

المصعد عليه زحمة غير طبيعية لدرجة اننا نستخدم الدرج للصعود او النزول حتى الوالدة تعاني من الآم بالركب تأثرة من الدرج
وسبق ان بلغنا الفندق بذلك لاكن لاحياة لمن تنادي

A beautiful experience in Grand Plaza al Madina
Pros:

The Suhur was marvelous, keep it up. The staff were always available to assist. The rooms are clean and tidy.

Cons:

You need to improve on your lifts, they are inadequate.

Ich buche seit drei Jahre im diese Hotel Zimmer für eine Woche im Jahr. Und bin immer sehr zu Frieden Service Küche und das Personal sind die beste nur zum empfehlen.

Only location, room service and rooms were good rest everything else was pathetic
Pros:

The room service boy- Reyad Osin was very kind, polite, generous and has a sense of ownership and leadership.

Location was good and rooms were comfortable

Cons:

Elevators- usually it takes 10-15 mins to wait before the lift opens. Extremely dissatisfied

Reception girls were rude and not professional at all.

Parking security guard was like a goon. Shouting and screaming

Nice experience and I hope they can fix the elevators problem soon.
Pros:

Very good location close to the prophet’s mosque. Staff are friendly. Special thanks for Alauddin Nazimil for their hospitality and service during our visit.

Cons:

The elevators are very bad , only one is considered a functional and they used it for other stuff. This was the biggest problem in our stay.
