בעלת בית הקפה גזוז אסתר היקרה קיבלה אותנו בחמימות רבה ודאגה שיהיה לנו הכי נעים וטעים ובשפע.

היא נתנה עצות וכיוונה אותנו בכל מה שקשור לתחבורה הציבורית .

הצוות נחמד
אך ממש ממש לא מקצועי וסתם גרם לעומת נפש בהתנהלות גם בצ'ק אין וגם בצק אאוט בגלל שבשני המקרים לא הבין שהחניה שולמה מראש ובצ'ק אין שולמה שוב ובצק אאוט התבקשנו לשלם בפעם השלישית ששם זה כבר היה מאכזב

Месторасположение хорошее

Cons:

Ужасное обслуживание тем более вечерние или ночные часы!
Отсутствие уборки комнаты по субботам тоже играет немаловажную роль в качестве обслуживания!

Disappointed.
Pros:

Very good location in the center of the city, beautiful hotel facilities and rooms, very high quality of furnitures, perfectly good mattress and pillows with the softest sheets I have ever touched.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel is not maintained properly, with a central air conditioner unit engine making so much noise that I had to swap rooms. The hotel staff and management know about the issue, yet they still assign these rooms and are not willing to invest the money to replace it. It is really, really loud, my room was shaking when it reached top speed. The other rooms I got are under maintained, not sure when were they last cleaned but I had an ant infestation in one room and the second one had glitter all over the carpet that wasn’t vacuumed at all, even though I specifically asked to tidy up the room when I got it that morning and had to leave for work. The worst part was the complimentary water bottle that comes with the room, probably filled tap water by the last tenant, but instead of replacing the bottles for each tenant, the cleaning staff probably didn’t notice and put it back to it’s designated place that stayed there for months. I had the worst “sip” of my life at 3AM in the morning which I also swallowed, the taste didn’t leave me for two days. Guys, it’s a 2$ bottle, for a 300$ a night, throw em out and put new ones.

Nice hotel if you can get into it.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the room well appointed. Reception was pleasant and helpful. This was a flying visit with close and easy access to Ben Gurion Airport. Met this brief for a 04;00 departure to drop off the hire car.

Cons:

The front door is in a pedestrian area. No car access. The barrier for the carpark at the rear 180 meters away. The barrier is not covered by the CCTV nor does it have an intercom or bell to ring. My data package had run out so no way of contacting reception. I went three times to ask them to open the gate, they did not give me enough time to get in the car and get in!! Please invest in a call button and re-align the CCTV to cover this access.

The stay was wonderful. When back in Israel, I would love to stay there again.
Pros:

Atmosphere is wonderful. Clean, a modern retro feel. Room was wonderful. Comfortable. Clean! Highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Only drawback - a little difficult to find. Parking is good behind the hotel. We parked in the public parking garage to find the hotel. We don’t read Hebrew to know there the parking lot is.

gutes und gastfreundliches Hotel an Zentraler Lage
Pros:

Zentrale Lage (Fussgängerzone), schönes Hotel, gratis Wasser und Kaffee, sehr freundliches Personal. Bei Anreise war das Zimmer sehr sauber. Super bequeme und grosse Boxspring Betten. Gute Zimmergrösse und Ausstattung.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung während des Aufenthalts ungenügend. Keine Boden- und Badreinigung. Kein Auffüllen des Toilettenpapiers.
