שהגעתי היית בעיה בחדר,
שחזרתי לקבלה ואמילי שהיית שם דאגה מכל הלב לתת לי חדר אחר ואפילו טוב יותר. גם לאחר מכן אמילי עזרה ועשתה הכל כדי שלא יהיה חסר כלום.

К сожалению, в отеле не было возможности предоставить нам две раздельные кровати, поскольку мы были в номере с приятельницей. Из опыта прежних путешествий в других местах мы знаем, что эта услуга предоставляется. Но это не испортило общего впечатления об отеле. Надеемся, в следующий наш визит сотрудники отеля учтут наше пожелание.
