Конечно люди в этом месте!!!! Хочу отметить персонал: видно, что люди стараются и работают с душой. Все просьбы выполнялись оперативно, сотрудники были отзывчивыми и готовы помочь в любых вопросах.
Красивое горное расположение с прекрасными видами — один из главных плюсов отеля. Однако для тех, кто любит прогулки и активный отдых, стоит учитывать, что рядом практически негде пройтись. Мы обратили внимание на квадроциклы возле отеля, что, по всей видимости, подразумевает наличие активностей для гостей. Однако никакой информации или предложений по этому поводу нам предоставлено не было.

Cons:

Отель в целом производит впечатление места с потенциалом, однако чувствуется недостаток внимательного управления: интерьер и мебель заметно изношены и требуют обновления. Также стоит обратить внимание на атмосферу в зоне ресепшн — присутствует запах табачного дыма, что снижает общее впечатление от пребывания.
Завтрак оказался слабым местом отеля. При малом количестве гостей ожидалась более качественная и продуманная подача, однако выбор был очень ограниченным, а качество продуктов оставляло желать лучшего. Некоторые позиции выглядели как недорогие полуфабрикаты, что снижает общее впечатление и не соответствует заявленному уровню.»

Cons:

1. Breakfast had a very limited selection.
2. The bathrobe provided in the room was torn.
3. The swimming pool area had serious hygiene issues: the area was cool due to the panoramic windows, the roof was dripping, staff were smoking in the area, and the shower was out of order — meaning guests were going into the pool straight from the sauna without rinsing off. The toilet near the pool also lacked a sink.
4. Due to the pool shower being broken, we were eager to shower in our room, only to discover there was no hot water that evening. The receptionist explained that all the hot water had been used to clean the kitchen and that we would need to wait for the boiler to reheat.
5. By morning, there was only enough hot water for my wife to shower — I had to wash in cold water. Our friends staying in another room experienced the exact same problem.
6. We requested an early departure, but the receptionist refused to refund us for the unused second night. They also refused to provide any written documentation acknowledging our complaint or early checkout.
7. When I contacted the hotel afterwards, they called me a liar and claimed they had informed us about the water situation in advance — which is completely untrue.

Отличный бассейн, там же рядом есть бильярд. Прекрасный вид на горы. Такси обратно не вызовешь, но рядом дежурят местные, которые за небольшую плату довезут вас до Батуми.

Pros:

Понравилось практически всё: большой и красивый номер с шикарным видом, белье чистое, матрасы удобные, были все необходимые расходники, полотенца, халаты, чистый и красивый бассейн, вкусные завтраки.

Cons:

Были мелкие недочеты: в ванной не всегда приятно пахло, на моем халате была дырка и оторванная шлевка, за час до выселения в номер пытались зайти без стука.
По ресторану: паста с песто и томатами не содержала ни того, ни другого. Впрочем за томаты была томатная паста)

One of the greatest stay I have ever had.

Staff is amazing and very helpful.

All the pictures are real and views are just stunning.

Rooms are spacious and very clean, with big balconies.

Breakfast was satisfactory and they had everything you might need to eat in the morning.

Restaurant dishes were just HUGE and very affordable. Not saying anything about wine - we had 2 liter for just 20 Gel.

Cons:

Nothing. everything was perfect stay.

Absolutely recommended!

Pros:

Вид из окна, кровать(хорошие матрасы), блюда грузинской кухни в ресторане

Cons:

Разрешено курить в зоне СПА, волосы и мусор в бассейне, не убраны вещи даже на следующий день(чьи-то плавки, полотенца, стаканы), десерты плохие (всего две опции: бюджетный медовик и несвежая пахлава). завтраки - еда остывшая, выбор маленький, десертов нет), в ванной сломан стопор двери, осыпался потолок, громко гудела электро-установка на одной из сторон отеля; дегустация вина скорее минус - три вида сухого, сделанного из Кахетинского (не своего) винограда, такой набор есть почти в каждой семье Грузии, лучше бы вместо этого "подвала" просто давали бесплатно в ресторане разливное, было бы реально приятно(его себестоимость копейки)

Почти нет минусов , но не понравилось только то что при заказе в ресторане вода и вино , которое стоит 12 лари оказалось 45 😁и стакан Саперави 24 😁

Restorane puikūs gaminami patiekalai. Patiko pusryčiai. Viešbutyje veikia vyno rūsys ir galima degustuoti. Baseinas ir sauna buvo super. Labai malonus šeimininkas ir aptarnaujantis personalas. Galima apsistoti su augintiniu. Ačiū už puikų poilsį.
