Bel hôtel familiale proche de tout
Pros:

Bel hôtel propre , les chambres sont spacieuses le ménage quotidien est très appréciable proche de tout . Le supermarché en bas et la salle de jeux sont un vrai plus !

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car on nous annonce que les enfants sont limité au mini bassin, sauf que dans le grand dont je doute de la propreté , il est écrit de ne pas sauter hors lors de notre visite un groupe de jeune hurlait glissait sur le sol sautait comme des malades et lorsque nous l'avons signaler la dame de l'hôtel présente sur place hausse les épaules en riant , dommage de payer un prix pour une piscine intérieur et laisser les gens tout retourner à l'intérieur ( nous arroser en sautant glisse a même le sol jusqu'a nos pieds ) mais pas les enfants sages qui demandaient qu'à se baigner tranquillement. Très très déçus du manque de civisme des gens et du manque de fermeté de l'établissement

המלון נקי, חדרים מרווחים, 10 דק הליכה מהטיילת. השירות היה מצוין.

Cons:

הבריכה סגורה בלי נוף. יש חדרים שפונים לנוף פתוח ויש לצד שני לשיכונים. מבאס. השכונה לא משהו.

Хорошо, но есть над чем поработать.
Pros:

Полноценный сетевой отель 4 звезды, коих в Батуми практически нет (многочисленные апарт-комплексы не в счет, там состояние номеров и с сервисом совсем все печально). А это именно сетевой отель с определенными стандартами. По обслуживанию тут все ок, на ресепшене девочки приветливые, особенно хочу отметить русскоговорящую девушку с красивым грузинским именем Gvantsa. Помогала нам решать все возникающие вопросы. В номерах чистое белье, нормальная работа горничных.

Cons:

Завтраки, состояние бассейна и спа-зоны в целом. Повесьте москитки на окна, комары ночью сожрали. Ужасный интернет, постоянно отваливался и скорость мизерная.

Гостиница понравилась. Комната была уютной, хорошей. Гостинца в хорошем состоянии. Рядом есть магазин. Находится почти рядом с достопримечательностями. Вода в бассейне комнатной температуры, комфортная для плавания. Уборку проводили каждый день, убирали мусор, меняли полотенца. Но пыль и полы не мыли каждый день. В принципе не устроил только плохой вайфай и вид из окна, а так все хорошо 👌

Cons:

Плохо работал WiFi.
Не понравился вид из окна. У нас балкон выходил на сто 😀
