I was quite disappointed with the quality of the rooms, which I felt were below the standard I expected from a Best Western Plus property. The breakfast was also a major disappointment. The selection was very limited, and the food was rather bland and lacked variety. Overall, I expected a noticeably higher standard of quality and choice, particularly for a four-night family stay.

Pros:

Отличный просторный номер! Было чисто, удобные кровати, классные стулья, хороший тихий кондиционер, неплохой интернет. Всё совсем новое. В номере не было посторонних запахов. Клинеры были очень ответственными. Мы были в восторге от того, насколько всё выглядело уютным, свежим и опрятным. Захотелось как-нибудь вернуться в эту сеть отелей. Небольшой бонус - классный турецкий магазин рядом.

Cons:

Немного смутило отсутствие вентиляции в ванной комнате. Ещё жаль, что бассейн был очень грязным. Но в номере всё так понравилось, что не стали снижать за это оценку. Слабый холодильник. Ну и на улице шумно, но мы сами виноваты, что не попросили номер с окнами во двор, а не на проезжую часть. В целом, ничто из этого не стало критичным недостатком лично для нас.

‏אהבנו את המיקום המלון חדש מתוחזק טוב

‏אנחנו היינו בקומה השמינית כנראה ממש מתחת לחדר אוכל והכל מ-7:00 בבוקר עד ל-11 כל הזמן הגשנו רעש מעל הראש שיהיה לנו כנראה הזזתי כיסאות השירות חדרים ימים הראשונים ניקו את החדרים הכל היה בסדר אחרי זה הגיעו ממש מאוחר לנקות את החדרים בסביבות חמש 6:00 בצהריים שכבר היינו חוזרים מהטיול ולא היה לנו כבר כוח לפנות את החדר.
‏חדר אוכל ממש לא ברמה ארוחת בוקר בסיסית לגמרי הילדים שלי לא מצאו מה לאכול שם.

Pros:

The staff was helpful, the rooms are clean and well designed.

Cons:

-The hotel is very noisy, unfortunately due to some guests that are totally disrespectful, screaming at any time of the day and night in the corridors. It seems the hotel allows guests to organize large gathering on the sofa near the elevators even at late hours, it's hard to understand. No signage anywhere to explain guests / kids should not scream in the corridors.
- The fridge is not working properly, it's not cooling, they are definitely not maintained at 4 degrees celcius and their is no possibility to change that.
- The pool is actually small. The pool water is murky and doesn’t look inviting. Water needs to be renewed.
- The wifi does not work properly in rooms. I had to use Personal hotspot from my phone to connect.
- The hotel is not located in a nice neighborhood, be aware of this. It does not feel unsafe but the way to the beach is chaotic and actually dirty.
