Everything was perfect. They upgraded us to a suite because of my husband’s birthday, which was such a nice surprise. The hotel is amazing the rooms are beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely kind

הייתה לנו חוויה נהדרת. נכון שהמלון נמצא במרחק של 15 דקות הליכה מהטיילת וגרנד מול, ומרחק הליכה של שעה לעיר העתיקה, לנו זה בכלל לא הפריע, אנחנו אוהבים ללכת ועשינו את זה בכיף. למי שזה קשה, אז יש מוניות שהזמנו דרך אפליקציה בולט, ממש גרושים והם זמנים24/7.
המלון עצמו ענה על כל הדרישות שלנו, מתקני ספא מדהימים, חדר כושר מאובזר היטב, בריכה מחוממת, סאונה, חמם, יש אפשרות להזמין עיסוים למיניהם, צוות אדיב ומאוד שירותי, מדברים אנגלית ורוסית. ארוחת בוקר טובה, לא מגוונת במיוחד, אבל יש ירקות בשפע, דיברי חלב, גבינות, חביתות, מאפים, פנקייקים, ריבות מקומיות מאוד טעימות. חשוב לציין שהמלון מתוחזק היטב, מנקים כל הזמן, מחליפים מגבות כל יום. בקיצור הייתה לנו חוויה נעימה, אם נבקר שוב בבטומי שוב נבחר במלון זה.

Не хотелось уезжать 😀
Pros:

Очень все понравилось, каждый день меняли полотенца и постель, все чисто, каждый день получади по бутылке минеральной воды. Завтраки очень вкусные. Есть Спа и бассейн, можно заказываьь массаж. Очень приятный персонал. Все, что мы просили, нам передоставляли и всегда помогали.

Angenehm und komfortabel.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls angenehm war das Erholungsbereich: Swimming Pool, Sauna und ein kleines Fitnessstudio. Uns hat das Hotel im ganzen gefallen!

Pros:

Хороший, красивый, аккуратный отель, бесплатная парковка. Возник вопрос при заселении (в номере был запах), на ресепшене девушка сразу же предложила варианты и нас переселили. Если идет дождь предлагают зонтик.
Хороший бассейн и сауна - они входят в стоимость. Хамам и массаж - за доп плату. Также есть бильярд и настольный теннис - за отдельную плату.
На завтраки не ходили

В номере нет вентиляции отдельной в ванной комнате и нет полотенцесушителя
