Excellent value for your money, but bear in mind the WIFI is not good.
Pros:

It was clean, the room was good and bed comfortable. Everyday cleaning and consumables exchange. The size of the room was average, but OK for me.

Cons:

Awful internet, often disappearing. The reason could be the numerous blackouts in the city while the hotel was gen backuped.
The first two days the breakfast was mediocre, not enough choice, only americano coffe, etc. The last two days it was personal and much better, with serving and good choice of coffees,

Comfort stay and a great staff.

Comfort hotel and great facilities, like SPA and restaurant.
I will be back one day, maybe for a longer stay.

Cons:

Didn’t find any negative thing during my stay. Except, it’s a bit away from the city center, old Batumi. But this is not the hotel’s fault.

My stay here was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is spotless, and it’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority. Good choice if you’re looking for a western standard hotel.
Pros:

Nice, clean rooms, still very new. Thorough daily housekeeping. Gym and pool facilities are in great condition. An actual proper gym, not the usual hotel placeholder. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

No bathroom kits (q-tips, toothbrush, toothpaste), a lotion would be nice to have too. I didn’t bother to ask, maybe they provide it on request - it’s just unusual to not see one.

WiFi was a bit patchy and unreliable. Only had good speeds in one corner of the room.

Śniadanie smaczne, świeże i urozmaicone. Personel miły i pomocny. Materac do spania wygodny, pokój przestronny i czysty. Basen stanowi dodatkowy atut (w tym udostępniona wymiana ręczników). Lokalizacja dogodna, możliwość zrobienia szybkich zakupów w pobliskim sklepie przy hotelu, czynnym do poźnych godzin nocnych to duże udogodnienie.

Cons:

Można byłoby urozmaicić jedzenie, w tym zwiększyć wybór pieczywa przy śniadaniu serwowanym na wynos w godzinach wcześniejszego wymeldowania z hotelu + dodać jakiś dodatkowy owoc.
