It was a home away from home stay
Pros:

I like the location. In town to visit our son who is stationed at FT Hood.. The drive from the hotel to visitors center on base is about 5 minutes or so.... It wasn't located in a heavily trafficked area but it was in proximity to many places, (eatery spots, entertainment, shopping, the mall), and it's near the freeway...

Cons:

We booked a double queen room 2 weeks prior to our stay, and when we arrived they only had a king suite available.. All rooms have sleeper sofas..We made it work. but I was disappointed

Great Value
Pros:

Property was clean and Tyler was amazing host. I like the courtyard for a quick moment for the kids to run around.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they had one person doing multiple jobs. Tyler was doing the front desk, tours, pressure washing, laundry, keeping the grounds….. it’s took much for one person to do on duty. If the owner reads this I really hope you compensate him well for his labor. He is doing the work of 3 people.

They also give you limited towels and you can’t get more/ fresh ones unless you stay 3+ nights. That’s absurd. Guests should be able to give the dirty linen back for clean linen regardless of length of stay.

Very clean, comfortable, greats quality and rooms look great.
Pros:

How accommodating and helpful the staff was.

Cons:

Wish there was a pool and mirrors in the weight room. I also wish there were Dolly’s outside business hours assessable to assist with luggage during check outs.

Could’ve been better for the price paid
Cons:

So my bathroom was half cleaned tub I had to reclean. No trash bags, counters were sticky, pull out bed had no sheets pillows just no covering. The back tv wouldn’t pull up channels only 2 channels. The light next to the bed didn’t work. Spiderwebs and dust everywhere. Floors were dirty. The keys barely worked to get in and out the room.

Reservation lost but was still charged
Pros:

I couldn't enter. They lost my reservation even though I had the proof of confirmation they said my information didn't exist. I paid for something I didn't get the chance to stay at.

Pros:

Room was clean and had all the essential towels, dishes, etc. The extra room is always great for our stay. The outside is clean and neatly kept and it is quiet.

We have been here several times when we go to Killeen to spend the weekend with our grandson. We typically stay 2 nights and the room is perfect for us. Our grandson said it’s his favorite place that we’ve stayed.
This last trip was not so great from a hospitality, customer service perspective. The person at the front desk on her phone. When she finally turned after ending her call, and told us someone would be with us in a few. She radioed someone who then came to check us in. It was obvious that she was training the person she called to assist us However, she was not polite and made us feel as though we were an infringement. My husband accidentally dripped water on the floor, so he let them know. That was also obviously an inconvenience. My husband's apologized and she didn’t even respond to him.
The day of checkout (checkout time being 11:00), someone from house keeping knocked multiple times, quite loudly. So, we got up, dressed and checked out.

Room was very clean. Building and location was nice. Tyler at the front desk was great! His manager not so much.
