Pros:

we stayed in BreezHouse as a family and our stay was very pleasant. the location is perfect, apartment is clean and well maintained. They respond very quickly to all the issues and the price was reasonable for the size/location

Cons:

there was a small issue with the door code when we checked in, maybe it's recommneded to make sure you have some human contact before arriving

Ótima opção mas o banho quente é um problema

Fiquei duas vezes neste apartamento
Na primeira vez reclamei do chuveiro pois a água quente era um banho de gotas. Me prometeram que arrumariam. Na semana seguinte foi a mesma coisa. Banho ruim é crítico!!

Best location!!
Pros:

The location was exceptional. Walkable to everything! The apartment had ample space for 5 of us (3 bedroom). Every appliance had qr codes with instructions for use (clever!). The customer service was incredible. Very responsive and gracious, and even offered to let us checkout of the unit later than expected. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Cons:

I wish the mattresses were more comfortable, less plasticky. Also, the water leaking from the shower onto the bathroom floor is a chronic issue in Israel that could be easily solved by installing a bigger barrier, but it was fine. Also, the street was quite noisy at night and early morning, but not much to do about that in downtown tel aviv! None of these things were terrible. Just suggestions for improvement :-)

We had a great time at Breeze appartement . Good beds and the location is a dream. We had good communication with the host. They are very helpful when you need something. We love to come back and stay there again.

Pros:

דירה נוחה, מאובזרת, פינת רחוב אחת מהים.
10 דק הליכה לשוק.
על כל מכשיר חשמלי יש ברקוד עם סרטון איך מפעילים אותו.
יש חניה, אמנם על בסיס מקום פנוי, אבל מצאנו מקום בכל הימים, וחניה פרטית בתל אביב היא נדירה.

Cons:

החסרון היחיד הוא הבירוקרטיה לפני הכניסה לדירה. דרשו למלא פרטי צ׳ק אין מראש, כולל צילום שלי מחזיקה את תעודת הזהות. בסוף מצאנו דרך פשרה.
פעמיים דרשו תשלום מעמ, למרות שהיה לי אישור בפרטי ההזמנה שהיא כבר כוללת מעמ. ויתרו בסוף.
גם הכניסה לחניה מותנית בהורדת אפליקציה ושליחת תמונה של הרכב
