Even with a full kitchen, most items you need to rent out! When people stayed above me it was sooooo loud! Located near beach was nice! It was a good place for the price

Terrible communication. We called twice the day of check-in to see if early check-in was available. Once at 8am and the person on the phone said, “we don’t have very many check-outs so it should be fine but call after 11am to double check.” We called again at 2:30pm and confirmed “so we can come right now?” and was told “Yes, come right now. We have a room ready,” and still ended up having to wait until 4pm. Nowhere does it state that the check-in desk is at a completely different address than where we stayed. No clue how to access where any of the pools were. Parking lot was half taken up by a dumpster, little to no room to maneuver when there are multiple people parked there. Our room was right next to the window facing the road so noise was inevitable. However, incredibly close to the beach. Fairly walkable area. The staff wasn’t mean or anything, but the poor communication wasn’t great. The room was more rundown than the pictures made it seem. Our door barely closed because it looked like someone kicked it in or something. Bathroom didn’t have a fan, so condensation kept everything damp. TV was super far away from the bed, so we didn’t use it. Amenities were fine. No conditioner or hand soap. To me, this is more of a 1-2 night as needed, bare minimum place.

The line to checkin was not long but the process had me waiting for almost and hour. The pictures from online looks nothing like any view you would get from any room there nor did my room resemble the pictures posted. It was quiet in the area. The bed squeaked whenever you sat on it and the pint was peeling in the bathroom.

Nice efficiency apartment. Clean and comfortable. It would be good to be made aware of the Hollywood Beach Hotel Off-Site Office for check-in and check-out prior to arriving at the property.

Property was hard to find, pool was not at listed address. Office was across the street and unmarked.. people at counter were not friendly and didn’t explain much.. area was not the best and busy busy street to cross to get to office.. very inconvenient.. also property name on building was incorrect

Clean & quiet

Overpriced, rundown, unclean, dishes not provided, have to cross a 4 lane highway to the office. Breakfast was terrible, and there was no room for anyone to sit. No hot water for tea or oatmeal. We got one roll of toilet paper for 2 people for a 2 night stay.
The location is good and the beds were comfortable but that's it.

Lower star hotel. Fine if you just need a place to sleep.

They do have a kitchen and dishwasher but no cutlery or supplies. We were provided some items upon request.

On the site once booked it say check in time was 11-4 but when we arrived we were told that we had to check in after 4, parking per day should definitely be included with the stay if your staying on the property I see not point in that. Room service came into our room on the second day collected towels and rags that we did not use they ended up taking our personal rags and towels and did not touch anything else in the room. Was told by the manager that the room service comes in on the 3rd day of the stay to clean and it was the 2nd and even when they did come they didn’t do anything but take the towels and rags. No trash was dumped, no beds made back up, not even the floor being swept or mopped. Room should definitely have utensils inside the room instead of having to go to the office to ask for it. That defeats the purpose of having a microwave, stove and cabinets. Overall the stay was good but far as the service and amenities for the room it was not that good at all.

The rooms you reserve at this hotel are not the rules you see on the picture for advertisement they also pacifically state in details what they pacifically offer at these hotels, and upon checking in none of these things that they advertise they have at this hotel it took the courtesy of Expedia to try to justify And compensate for the most. Worst experience me and my family had been at this hotel. They didn’t even want to give me a refund for either of the nights. That’s a hotel that basically needs the money because they move their rooms or not what they advertise at all my usual living this is the worst Hotel I ever been in my whole life and I do not recommend going to this hotel.

If you ask for anything needed in the room, they’ll accommodate you.
