Pros:

Bathroom, living room, kitchen, & bedroom all A+ with tons of cookware
All the amenities one can ask for in a great apartment and in a great location in Philly

Cons:

The chain that controls the height of the curtain in the living room was off the track and couldn't adjust the curtain height.

Everything we were hoping for.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable with modern amenities. Everything worked well. Easy location for walking to the Old City area.

Cons:

It would be nice to actually have in-person contact for check-in but the texting message system did work well

Generally good, but a few things could have been much better.
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable space. We appreciated the space as a whole.

Cons:

We ran out of hot water during our second shower - it turned very cold. Also, for everything being online, it would be really helpful to have some things like wifi access, etc printed out to be available in hard copy. It's difficult when everything requires logging into a portal. The check in process took a long time to get verified, it shouldn't be so complicated.

I enjoyed my stay and definitely would use again.
Pros:

It had a private access separate from the other apartments. The size was perfect and had all the amenities I needed. I thought the price was pretty good. It was cheaper and closer than the hotels. The apartment was very neat and clean. The bed was comfy too. There was a white noise machine and ear plugs provided for city noise. The location was a short walk to my office.

Cons:

I was unfamiliar with the parking situation. I’m not from the area and don’t know where to park so my car ended up being towed. It was totally my fault that I parked in a no parking zone. I didn’t see the sign because I arrived late and was unfamiliar with the area.

The place is great with a beautiful roof-top, but security could be improved.
Pros:

The place is really clean, which made for a pleasant stay. I appreciated having all the necessary supplies readily available; it really adds to the convenience. The code system for entry is fantastic,, no more fumbling for keys, which is a huge plus. One feature that would truly elevate the experience is the addition of a terrace. That would be a fantastic enhancement!

Cons:

Firstly, the main door leading to Suite 1 does not feel secure. I could hear the auto-lock mechanism, and it opens directly onto the street, which made me feel vulnerable during my stay. This lack of security seriously affected my peace of mind.
Secondly, the window above the door is made of glass, allowing anyone from the front apartments to see directly into the living area. This lack of privacy detracted from my comfort, as I felt exposed while relaxing on the sofa. Additionally, noise from the street was quite noticeable, which further disrupted the atmosphere.
These concerns regarding the low security of the door and the visibility from the window left me feeling uneasy, even with my people present around. I hope the management considers making improvements in these areas for future guests.

Pros:

Location. Calm and quiet area. East access to unit. Clean. Modern. Washer and Dryer in unit. Full Kitchen. Bottled water and pretzels for snacks on table.

Cons:

Trash in hall corridor. Hallways and stairwells are extremely narrow, which would cause difficulty and chaos if building needed to be evacuated in an emergency. Only 2 towels in unit. Outrageously loud construction out front, so much so, earplugs are provided. Limited Parking.
