Building sound insulation: neighbors live practically in your apartment, it's incredibly loud
The apartment, although it features large windows, is very dark: windows face a wall that's about 10ft away
Registration process: they really try hard to get every possible additional dollar from you (e.g., you can only register directly if you pay some 75$ insurance fee, otherwise you have to inconveniently wait for 24h to finish registration) --- doesn't feel too welcoming.

The person who answered the phone late at night was very helpful. They were able to accommodate us when a maintenance problem arose. The location downtown was in walking distance to everything we were looking for. Very clean and in great condition.
There was not much of a view. But the entire place was very nice and well-appointed.

1• a senhora que faz a gestão das reservas, já sabia antecipadamente que ia chegar mais cedo, e mesmo assim fez-me perder imenso tempo porque não me deu os códigos CERTOS para entrar, e deixar as malas.
2• check in online é super eficaz, mas no meu caso já não estava a dar, e a senhora não me deu qualquer outra opção para fazer o check-in.

Location, within walking distance of old city Philadelphia. Unit was comfortable, had most everything you would need.
Unit was on first floor, could hear unit above making noise. Windows, nothing to see except wall of next building.

The location was perfect for our stay. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. It was very comfortable
The door creeped me out. It didn't feel like the lock was secure enough and there was no second layer so when people walked by you could see their silhouettes and hear them talking. There was also a blinking light in the door that would sometimes make noises? I wasn't sure what it was, it was definitely related to the lock system but that only made me more nervous/uncomfortable. Other than the door/security not feeling strong the stay was amazing.
The location was easy to get to from the train station, and the luggage storage made it easy to spend a few extra hours exploring after check out.
The shower wasn’t the cleanest and the main bathroom light would not turn off with any of the switches.
The location felt a bit remote, but it was easy to find. There weren’t any cafes or restaurants nearby. We have to walk about 5 or 10 min. to find them. The room is dark, the next build was too close and blocked a lot of natural lights.
Lack of natural light and need to walk to find cafe/restaurants. Also you can hear the foot traffic from the floor above us and the noise from the street. It didn't bother me but it was quite bothersome for my husband.
