飯店的訂房管理需要 改善， 訂單跟提供的房間自己要核對 是否正確； 反應後有調整 ；有時候白天音樂 開到晚上很晚 影響到休息； 然後 花園區的地方有聞到 下水道的水溝味， 如果能改善會更好

Pleasant. Good location. Would probably try another place next time though.
Pros:

Well situated in Thamel. Near some other nice coffee shops, cafes and the market. Short walk to The Garden of Dreams and some temples. Room was decent size.

Cons:

Generally staff were nice except for a couple of times the receptionist was unnecessarily impatient and aggressive towards me and the other staff with her. Everything else was value for the money.

Super Frühstück, aussergewöhnlich nettes Personal und eine sehr schöne Anlage. Ich war zum zweiten Mal dort und würde jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren und kann das Hotel wirklich empfehlen!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlagen sind SEHR laut. Ich war umzingelt von Klimaanlagen aus den Nachbarzimmern. Da es nicht so heiss war zu der Zeit war es kein Problem, da die Nachbarn dann netterweise die AC ausgeschaltet haben. Andernfalls hätte ich nicht schlafen können.

Petit déjeuner : impossible de se servir soi-même un café, et celui servi est ridicule et pas bon .
Les distributeurs de céréales ne fonctionnent pas
La machine à toaster ne fonctionne pas.
Pour le prix certaines lodge dans la montagne sont mieux que cet hôtel.

I think I’ve summed it up, I wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

The staff were super, it saved the experience.
The breakfast is good and generous.
The location is great
In a very busy place, it is very quiet at night.

Cons:

It was probably the dirtiest place I’ve stayed in years. I had to change rooms because the floors were dirty. The whole hotel needs a good cleaning. All the fixtures for the electricity have not been washed for a long time. The furniture in and out is old and stained.

A pleasant stay in the heart of Thamel
Pros:

A really comfortable hotel in a great location - in the heart of Thamel in Kathmandu. The room was clean, equipped, the bed was very comfy, and the breakfast was delicious - such a variety of choices every day. But the main important part of the experience was very helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money.

Cons:

It took a while for water to hit up (but you can get used to it). It was also a bit uncomfortable to take out the suitcase down from the fourth floor as there is no elevator. But those are minor things.

Pros:

The Hotel is in the middle if the town. The personal is very helpful and friendly. Even when I had an accident they were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff tried to make every wish possible. Even if room cleaning was needed they did it without asking.
We could rent for the four day's a scooter which had cost us the half price from InDrive.
If you want to visit the Hindu temple as a foreigner you are not allowed to enter. (Tip)
The hotel offers a pick up service from the airport and organize a drop off to the airport as well.
Also the hotel collaborates with a Spa together.
We would book the hotel definitely again. :)
