It’s in the center
Staff was a bit rude. No warm welcomings. The owner (I think) also tried to rip me off when I paid for breakfast included. He charged me the coffe (even tho it was included). The room was dirty and had cockroaches. I’ve stayed in plenty places in my month in Nepal and this was the worse by far just because I could not rely on the staff.

Location, kettle in the room, nice service, simple but tasty breakfast, hot water, I could check in in the middle of the night
At the website there was information about 25m2 room, what I got was max 12m2 room. 2 out of 3 sockets didn't work, if you wanted to take a shower, you would have to keep one hand on a pushbutton constantly otherwise water stopped running, towel had this unpleasant musty smell
Excellent Hotel. We spend 5 days in this hotel after making de EBC trek. Was the perfect hotel to rest .Very quite place. The rooms are big , clean, whit a good and comfortable bed. The food is great and the staff are very friendly and polite. Have a garden were we can chilling and have a meal.

24/7 reception, nice breakfast included in the price; good value for money, comparing to other hotels in Kathmandu it was very good experience. Maybe not all the equipment is the newest, but the bedding and bathroom were clean and tidy.and the stuff was very friendly and responsive.
